Perfect stay for the weekend, lovely view all the amenities you could possibly need, shame about the outside patio area certainly not like in the photos on line. Needs a good tidy up and clean. Other than that perfect stay.

They asked for extra security deposit.right before checkin and bank transfer it was. And it was really annoying as if they don’t trust their customers.

Definitely be returning

Great location, tram and bus stop right outside. Sainsbury's just round the corner and plenty of restaurants, cafes and takeaway within short walking distance, close to Blackpool but far enough away to be much quieter. The apartments are well equipped, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer, with large TVs in both living area and bedroom, when we arrived the apartment was warm and spotless. Door code sent by email on day of arrival and we received a phone call within a couple of hours of arrival to check everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. They do ask for a security deposit but we checked out around 9.30 am and our deposit was back in our bank by 1pm so no complaints there. We will definitely be returning and have no problems recommending.

Booking was easy was able to speak to staff when we had some questions . parking wasn’t a problem even though it was on public road map is given of where to park for free We stayed in Sunset Apartment it was spotlessly clean everything we needed and little extra touches as well Trams stop outside the apartment . Will definitely return

Not as pictured or described...gone down hill

Spa bath spits out dirt and grime so not fit for purpose.
Scaffolding surrounds the building obstructing the view.
Window filthy.
Broken door on the patio instead of bbq.
We did NOT get what we paid for.
Very dissapointed
AVOID
I would never stay at this property again even if I was paid to do so
