Disappointing

Avoid with a wide berth. I stayed just overnight and was left waiting almost 40 minutes to check in along with another lady and a young couple. When finally got to my room I was very disappointed. It is desperate need of a lick of paint and updating. Marks on wall one hanger a pokey little toilet with a toilet that didn't flush. I reported the toilet before I left for the day but when returned in the evening still not seen to. When checked out in the morning there was no one to again report the toilet just a bowl on a ledge to leave my key so left my key and made a hasty retreat. Location was ideal only a couple mins walk to the beach and tram stop to central pier etc 5 mins away but that was the only good point

When I tell you this is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in, I mean by a mile. The owner was horrifically rude suggesting myself and my friend were there as sex workers! The place was filthy, blood on the mattress.

I booked three rooms for two nights, and the experience was unacceptable from the moment we arrived. The entire hotel had a strong foul smell, and it was immediately clear that the rooms had not been cleaned properly for a long time. The hygiene standards were far below anything reasonable.
The rooms and corridors had a persistent bad odour, visible dirt, and an overall neglected appearance. It was so bad that staying for the full booking was impossible. I had no choice but to check out one night early, losing both time and money.
This hotel is not fit for guests, and the conditions raise serious concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, and basic health standards. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property until significant improvements are made.

No towels, toilet roll, tea coffee etc but was a kettle. Bedside table on the bed and kettle on other bed! No sign of staff apart from on arrival

DISCUSTING HOTEL DO NOT STAY

I was looking forward for a holiday in blackpool with my family. Things took a turn when I arrived at the room. My room was covered in dirt and flies (including dead flies) even on the bed, no bathroom light, hardly any blinds (3), no toliet roll. When I went downstairs there seemed to be some very obvious drug users, they also stared at some of my female family members. Another family members room stunk of something unusual, toilet full of poo, cobwebs,burn holes in the covers. Another room didn’t even have a door to go in the bathroom!! This “hotel” made me and my family feel uncomfortable and led us to unfortunately having to change hotels. I would not attend to this hotel. We couldn’t even stay for a night due to the utter dirtiness. I would not stay for your own hygiene and comfort especially if you are staying with children.
