Perfect for the getaway from Bristol Airport, we used day B4 bag drop and silver zone parking and everything when perfect

Great location next to terminal. Check in was so quick and simple. All the staff were fantastic, polite and efficient but special mention to the supervisor/manager Lauren. So friendly, efficient and professional. I haven't stayed here for a number of years, but remembered her from last time as she helped us and was brilliant the last visit. Room was spotless, housekeeping do a wonderful job. Possibly cleanest room I've ever stayed in home and abroad. I will always use this hotel when flying from Bristol.

Comfortable but expensive

Comfortable room. Quiet. Excellent Buffet Breakfast
Check in slow - especially as we were pre registered

The only minor problem was that there was a delay on cleaning the room I had selected. However there was a genuine reason for that and the staff explained and rectified the situation as soon as possible.Well done.

Love staying here. So much easier for an early flight. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. I had a minor incident where I’d left my purse in the car. The company that had the car kindly brought it me back and the hotel very kindly gave a pass for them to get out of the airport. I joint effort of kindness that I was very grateful for.
