Comfort appreciated but people make all the difference.

Extraordinarily helpful reception staff have made our first day at the hotel stand out. Anuj helped us get from Telephone Avenue to which our sat nav had misdirected us, safely to the car park and paid up. Registration swift and clear and Faye and Anuj marked up our walking map with excellent suggestions. On returning at night to the hotel they were both still smiling and helpful with all our queries and enquiries. Large, comfortable room. Love the glass wall. Miss having a fridge. As ever, a few more hangers needed. We hope the rest of the staff as kind.

Fine for the price and location but tired

We visited as a couple in August 26. The check in was smooth, the room was generally nice and clean, spacious. It used to be Radisson Blu hotel but I think due to fact it needs a proper refurbishment they probably off-loaded it. All the furniture is very tired, but comfortable, not enough plug sockets for the room, you can tell its dated as people weren't using so many electronic devices 20 odd years ago; one socket by the desk was dodgy and didn't work, could really use plug sockets by the bed too. Large bathroom, however problem was that the shower screen seal was not very good and it kept flooding the bathroom floor. Could use a deep clean as well. Good point was the air conditioning, very quiet and efficient and did not blow directly at you in the room, so that was a big plus as it was very hot. If coming by car don't use the car park by hotel, its quite expensive, drop the luggage off and then park at Wapping Wharf for half the price for 24hrs. Great location for Bristol town centre, very convenient for museums and shops etc. I would stay there again

Excellent location.

Excellent location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, good breakfast, and very affordable price. I highly recommend it.
Breakfast was excellent, my wife is coeliac and there was plenty option, basically most of the hot buffet is gluten free- Bacon/Sausage/Beans/Tomato/Scrambled eggs plus the cold buffet, they also have gluten free bread and cereal on requested, just need to ask.

A perfect place for a weekend stay, with helpful and friendly staff

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was lovely and had an amazing view, and the breakfast was really good with a great choice of options. The underground parking was also a huge bonus and made our stay even more convenient.
A special thank you to Mariia M., Jay, Ray, Rosabel and Yulia for being so helpful, friendly and welcoming and for making our stay truly perfect.
We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommended! ⭐️
