Great B&B
The B&B is of an exceptionally good quality, with a good buffet breakfast.
The rooms are beautifully appointed in a clean and contemporary style.
It is located just off a major feeder road into Chester so it's a bit quieter than directly on the main road, it is a 15 to 20 min stroll into the centre of Chester.
There is a bus stop a short distance away so access to town is great.
Without a doubt the best thing about this hotel is the team running it especially Sam and Jay.

We turned up at 5pm unable to access the property. We tried to contact the owner but there was no answer, there were 3 numbers to call and 2 of them said they don't work for this hotel anymore. We paid for 1 room but were left stranded with nowhere to stay.

Dussapointing weekend stay
Booked in on Friday 29 November not the warmest of welcome"s we were given room 1 on the ground floor room clean decent size bathroom & good shower but very plain we had a problem with the TV couldn't get any stations on like BBC etc only Netflix or iplayer & when looking for someone to ask there was no one about Really could of done with a information pack to advise abot the fire safty & area & breakfast times or who to contact if you have a issue didn't sleep well & on the Saturday night in the early hours we were woken by guest above us walking about & talking loud this went on till 6/7 in morning so we just got up & left again no one there to leave keys or ask if all was OK just leave your keys in cupboard Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't eat there

Avoid Room 5
Could not fault the gentleman on reception who was very professional but this was a horrendous stay.
After returning to the hotel on Saturday night and attempting to sleep we were waken by the noise from the floorboards of the room above. With the occupants seemingly walking around their room.
This continued at regular intervals throughout the night and resulted in very little sleep. Addressed this with the owners in the morning without a satisfactory outcome.

Little gem of a hotel
Recently stayed just one night for an overnight visit to Chester for our 20th wedding anniversary. Lovely friendly staff-and chappo the pup! Clean recently refurbished rooms. Nice simple breakfast. Walking distance into the edge of town around 15mins, probably 25 to the centre
