Amazing customer service

I am a regular customer at this hotel and have found the reception staff very welcoming and friendly. Told the receptionist Victoria was very helpful in assisting me with queries, during my recent stays in the hotel Victoria has been on duty and every time the feedback has been extremely positive. A real credit to the team.

Fay Kelly Gym Manager

Fay Kelly is an absolutely amazing member of staff and a real asset to the hotel. She genuinely goes above and beyond and provides a level of care and service that is second to none.
It is such a shame that Fay is leaving, because there really isn’t anyone quite as good as her. She deserves to be recognised for the fantastic job she does and, in my opinion, the hotel management should be doing everything they can to keep her.
If management had the right idea, they would be trying much harder to retain Fay and recognising what a huge mistake it would be to let someone as exceptional as her go. Staff like Fay are incredibly hard to find, and the hotel will be losing a truly outstanding member of the team.
I’m sorry but she just simply cannot be replaced and a lot of us members agree.
Full marks for the review was not given as management need to make her stay.

Healthy Living Centre

Use the Healthy Living Centre here. Fay the manager is excellent. Always giving advice and helpful. As are all the staff, friendly helpful and always greet you with a smile even at 6am. Well maintained equipment and a very friendly atmosphere

Amazing food and atmosphere

I was very satisfied with my experience. Came in with my Dad just to grab some food and drinks at the bar and our server Nicola was so kind and accommodated all our needs. We will definitely be returning.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, the breakfast experience could be improved. The lady serving breakfast repeatedly questioned whether we had paid for breakfast during our two-day stay. This was quite uncomfortable and could have been avoided if the payment information had been checked in the system beforehand. The staff or the system should be improved to prevent guests from being repeatedly asked about payment.
