Bad experience

We paid the money we couldn't get in they asked us for id no hotel we been in had never asked for id the staff was rude they weather see us on the street no where to go bad policy asking people for id especially when u are English and u lived ere all your live wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone at all in my the staff was very rude

This company it’s a totally scam! Their link for deposit payment didn’t work and they took ages to send an alternative link, I had to book the hotel and they refused to cancel my reservation and give me my refund, I’m reporting this company for the police

Very poor

Could not get into property awfull 11.00 at night and just answer phone to get through steer real clear of this place ripped me off through booking.com

Cheap at the outset and not so cheerful

This is a remote managed hotel so no staff to help. This is fine unless you have any issues.
First issue: a new door key code for your room is supposed to be generated for every visitor. We had issues opening the door with the code we were given so escalated using the mobile number we had and they gave us the key code of the previous guest. Hotel security is an issue here. It took us over 3 hours to enter the room.
Second issue: we asked the mobile number for a late check out. This was at 10pm and they said they were able to stay in contact until 12 midnight and resume contact again at 12 midday. They then took £30 without informing me of late check out charges. We wouldn’t have stayed if they had told us these charges. Great way to get money out of people by just not telling them
Third issue: hotel rooms extremely dusty and remnants of a brown fizzy drink left in the glass cups in the room. Hotel is remote managed so they’ve no idea if cleaners are doing their job. Stagnant water smell throughout the hall way.
