This establishment stands out as one of the finest hotels I have experienced, with exceptional staff and facilities. While the pricing is somewhat elevated, the overall experience was truly remarkable.
The front desk personnel on Sunday evening, notably David and Daniela, demonstrated outstanding professionalism and amiability.
A recommendation for management: consider a price adjustment. Thank you.

It was a really good hotel stay, they were attentive, ready to clean the hotel everyday, lovely and friendly staff, we enjoyed our stay here and felt very comfortable

Room was okay. The fridge was not working but room was quite clean. Breakfast was good. Like the proximity to tram which is helpful to go into city.

Generally a very good hotel. Gym isnt really a gym, its a room with some fitness equipment like most hotels. The rooms are great for city breaks, comfy and clean. Staff a great and helpful. I'd recommend staying here, but not for the fitness facilities.

Difficult to obtain a parking spot at busy times (there was a concert on) and struggled to pay for parking using the QR code, but went down to reception and they were very helpful
