We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to walk to all the attentions. The staff was so wonderful. The room was very nice. Breakfast was very good!! Amazing place to stay!!!

Disappointed

Checking in was easy we even left our bags for an hour while room was finished. The room itself was quite dated and some areas where shabby with tired furniture The whole room needed painted and the papered ceiling old and peeling with cracks and cobwebs . A very small stuffy room with uncomfortable bed and pillows hardly stuffed . I was awoken many times by constant traffic and even police sirens the earliest was just before 6.30 in the morning. On our last night we came back just after 11 and we where told upon check in to use our room key to get in if after 11 as hotel locked ,it did not work hubby and I both quiet sober and polite tried many times before ringing intercom we where told to go to black door the two doors where brown we where let in shortly after by bearded barman and told the doors where heavy and that's why , we are certain the snib was on as we tried many times . Also upon check-in we where told bar stopped serving at 11 ,my hubby went up around 10.40 and told no more drinks and that was after we just spent over £50
on whiskies and couple of beers it was the bearded guy with hair in ponytail . The two sister barmaids are lovely girls as is the housekeeping staff hardworking and so lovely. I wish we had have just stayed in the Banks hotel in Kings Lynn as it is a better standard. The downstairs bar restraunts ect very nice but go upstairs and it's downhill .

Very nice stay at The Lamb again. Very helpful and polite staff.
Nice and clean, although some area's/furniture could do with a dusting.

Very helpful staff food good. Minor problem cost me nearly 30percent by booking through this website

Great position but not the most attractive place, hot rooms but the fan supplied was great, although the windows barely open, the corridor during the day was cooler and fluid dynamics worked well by opening and closing the door 8 times greatly cooled the room
A real bonus was the bed was extremely comfortable. So value for money, basic but comfortable
