Excellent Staff

The location was stunning - right on the river bank. The hotel was lovely - clean and well maintained. Food was excellent. Room 8 was good with everything we needed. The staff were outstanding. Would highly recommend a visit

Overall, the stay was okay. Breakfast was very nice and enjoyable. Unfortunately, a very loud alarm went off at 3am and continued for over 20 minutes, which significantly disrupted our sleep.

We had a one night stay at Saracens Head, had private parking bay immediately outside and river view room. The room was very clean very nice en-suite and had ample wardrobe and drawer spaces.
Evening meal in the restaurant was first class with varied menu.
Breakfast was all freshly cooked nothing from self serve, very good.
I have never been to a pub or hotel with so many good and polite staff, all so friendly and responsive.
We will definitely be going again.
The walks along the river and up to viewpoint are amazing.

The Saracens Head was a lovley place to stay in. We had a fabulous view over looking the river and the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and we had breakfast and also our evening dinner/meal there. We couldnt fault it in any way. It was the perfect location for what we wanted and if we ever visit Symands Yacht again we will be more than happy to go back

Enjoyed 2 nights with friends and loved every minute of it, would recommend to anyone who is interested in this area.
