Fantastic accomodation, Highly recommended.
My son and I booked two rooms, the rooms were very pristine also met the needs and requirements. The rooms appeared to be newly renovated. The bathroom was very clean, again newly renovated, great shower. The bed also bedding was so comfortable also very clean. The room had a television and basic requirements such as a hairdryer, iron and kettle with tea and coffee. There is a bar and restaurant on site, I slept soundly, there was not any external noise.
I would highly recommend this accommodation. Full instructions were provided in a timely fashion, keys were available via a key safe outside the room.

Stayed one night but would defo stay more
We felt very at home,relaxed, room was expceptionally clean and outstanding.Atmosphere was great, location was spot on. Noice level was good.had some noisey people but was ok.would definatly stay again

Saturday night
I booked this last minute just a treat to get away. It was booked via booking.com and we had no problem got all the codes through before we even arrived. Did not see any members of staff to offer help if needed at all. When we arrived the room was like a sauna, we opened the windows as was unable to turn the radiator down. We went out for our evening mean and by the time we got back somebody had been in the room and locked the windows so we couldn’t open them while we stayed again, I messaged and asked for help due to it being far to hot and having two asthmatics in the room we was staying in. All we was told was how to turn the radiator down still wasn’t allowed to open the windows which I find very strange. Surely it’s a health and safety risk the windows being locked?? I have messaged to ask but still to now have not had a reply. The room is very average, and you can hear the drunks coming in and up the stairs. I would stay again but only if I couldn’t get in anywhere else.

Amazing Place To Stay
I have used this hotel several times and the owner couldn't be more helpful and his team are very good. This time I stayed in Room 11 on the top floor, OMG super clean room with very comfy bed, great shower with loads of hot water, tea and coffee all in room and a smart TV on the wall, what more can you ask for.
Love the easy self check-in.
From the moment you walk through the front door everywhere is super clean the hallways and the stairs, fantastic value for money and a great location with shops and the seafront right on your doorstep.

Disgruntled and tired.
We went to Gt Yarmouth for the day and decided to stay. Looked online and found this hotel. Close to all amenities and reasonably priced. Walked past the hotel and it looked neat, tidy and well presented so booked online. Check in was 3pm till late. We went for a walk along the promenade until check in time. This is where it starts to go wrong. We booked through Booking.com and received a booking reference.
When we got to the hotel we noticed a keypad on the door. Checked for messages on my phone but had not received any. Luckily someone was leaving and let us in. We noticed the sign in the entrance hall directing us down stairs to the Tornado bar for check in. Following the signs we ended up in the basement that had 5 locked doors, a toilet, washroom and cupboard no sign of the Tornado bar. Back upstairs I again checked for any messages emails etc still nothing so phoned the mobile number on booking.com. this went straight to answer phone but cut off immediately. I then got a text message asking me what I wanted. I explained the situation gave the booking reference then waited for a reply. Eventually we got a reply telling us the code for the street door and a room number and code for the key lock box for the room key. OK made it in room. Looked nice enough. Bed with towels looked fine decor fresh, tea and coffee making facilities, bathroom, TV all looked fine. Only problem where to plug in kettle to make the tea etc. Had to balance kettle on the only chair provided to boil the water. Only one bedside cabinet. Plenty of electric sockets no usb charging points. Bathroom was completely tiled with high shine tiles on floor and walls. A tiny sign warning of slippery floor and no anti slip mat in shower or on the floor. Not safe.
As the Tornado bar was closed and only opened weekends we went to find a place to eat. Many on offer. We got back to the hotel later that evening. All seemed fine until about 1 am when we were woken to banging on the street door. After a good half hour of banging and shouting someone let him in. Then the real shouting started. We were in room 5 next to the entrance the room opposite number 1 was where the commotion was happening incessant banging on the door along with shouting and foul language. Then a car roared up and back down the street screeching to a halt outside. Doors slamming again lots of shouting eventually whoever was taken from the building at about 3.30 am. No staff came to investigate. Tried calling the number but voicemail the nothing.
With all the coming and going it felt more like a knocking shop.
I would think twice about booking this place especially if you have young children. Location is great, very reasonably priced, room fine, once you got over the issue of actually getting in. But found it very off putting with no personal contact with anyone and the constant noise at night was unbearable.
We will not be booking this again.
