Great stay and great service

We had a great stay - clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next day was great and the service from Pratima was amazing - she brightened up our morning

Static Caravan Experience

If you dont mind staying in a static caravan then this hotel is for you! I stayed here for 5 nights..
The walls and floors are very thin. You can hear the traffic outside and anyone walking outside the room and the elephants above.
You'll get woken up by foot steps and doors slamming in a morning. Hardly any sound deadening in this hotel.
I also slept with ear plugs half the nights but i still got woken up as the noise is very bass heavy (metal framed hotel low frequency).
On the plus side the bed was comfy and room was clean and ok sized.

Double booked at Travelodge

We had a poor experience when we attended Guilfest in July.
We had booked the room in December 2025.
Upon arrival I booked in the car and informed them at the desk that we wouldn't be booking in until late possibly midnight as we were attending Guilfest festival.
When we left Guilfest and were walking back to the Travelodge we received a telephone call asking if we still wanted the room. I assured them we did and would be there in ten minutes.
When we arrived to check in we were told it was full and we would have to stay at Woking Travelodge !!
There was another couple at the desk who had been told the same so not an isolated incident.
No proper apology and poor customer service.
I contacted Travelodge customer service complaints service and was offered nothing to make up for the poor service we received.

Good value for money

Clean room and bathroom. Aircon would have been nice as it was very hot, but we knew when we booked there wasn't any! A good fan was already on when we got to our room. Break fast was good selection. Staff were lovely. Nice to find the bar open when we returned for the night!

Very comfortable

Very comfortable clean room. Veey friendly and helpful staff. Everything we needed. Excellent breakfast and really good pizza dinner. Great that check out is 12pm too. Thank you
