Amazing stay

Jo is amazing - nothing is too much trouble.
Room was lovely and everything was supplied - amazing view.
Breakfast was brilliant 10/10 all local produce, excellent selection on the continental
Would definitely recommend it and definitely stay again

Great place to stay

We picked Dale View for its closeness to Muncaster and the Ravenglass Railway.
Rooms are excellent, host has thought of everything in case you forget anything- so much choice on the drinks tray in the room
Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice, fruit was A1, yoghurt, cereals etc, loved the cooked breakfast.
Jo as host was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful
Would definitely return again

A gem of a place

Dale view B&B is everything a guest house should be. Jo is a great host and is providing a comfortable, friendly and home from home feel. The breakfast was very good indeed and set us up for the day!
The location was perfect for us for Wastwater and for going up the coast to places like St Bees.

Amazing!

A clean and well equipped room with anything you could ever want or need. Such a friendly lady. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding and delicious. Would highly recommend a stay at this amazing B&B! Also had complimentary Wi-Fi and on site parking. The views from the bedrooms are breathtaking as well!

Lovely. Very convenient if using public transport

Just stopped two nights and was made very welcome. Spotless. Slate and wooden floors but warm. Nice view from my room. Two pubs, both good for evening meal and real ale. Small shop is part of it and can make sandwiches and has essential walking stuff. Nice breakfast. The owner is very knowledgeable about walking and climbing in the area.
It's a short walk from the narrow gauge railway. I came by train to Ravenglass. There is an old mill being restored and waterfalls just up the road. Plenty of walks to suit all abilities.
