Best Option for staying in Belfast area-Lovely B&B, Amazing Owner, private, garden,1 block to sea!!

It took me too long to write this, as I feel special accommodations deserve immediate praise!:)) This B&B is truly wonderful, as is the owner-there are 2 garden-level rooms with walkout to gorgeous landscape, and upper rooms have glorious views as well....we walked each day to the sea, twice per day, as it's only 1 block, and in private neighborhood, quite street. The owner is beyond the best of hosts-he is so amazing to talk with and he has a sweet snack/breakfast room where you can hang with him, and his dog Dillon, a wonderful yellow lab! Thank you Tim for reinforcing the importance of sincere hospitality-rare these days! Shelly and Brett

Beautiful house and surroundings

We got recommended this little GEM. Beautiful house, rooms exceptionally clean and well presented. Showers and toilets very clean, breakfast was the best we had on this trip. Very relaxed atmosphere and gardens and surrounding areas were picturesque. Host was very attentive and friendly. We would highly recommend and definitely return. The bay was only 3 minutes walk.

Beautiful location and amazing host who was both easy to communicate with and engaging throughout our stay.

Fab spot and one not to pass by. Location is amazing with easy access to the city centre and nearby Holywood. We were attending an event nearby and host offered to assist with transport. The host is a lovely guy who takes an interest in all guests in a polite and friendly manner.

Incredible

Comfortable beds, a luxurious bathtub, and steps to a sunset view over the water made this place a perfect fit, but what was even better was our incredible host, Tim. He made us feel at home and went above and beyond with care for my mother who fell ill on the trip. His stories will have you rolling, and you might even cry (I did!) I trust that I’ll be back again.

A true hospitable host, gorgeous rooms, wonderful private B&B, close Holywood/Belfast,waterfront! Win, Win!!

This "Home"/B & B is the best option for staying in Holywood/Belfast area...Cannot stress enough how personable Tim's approach to hospitality is, as well as the high quality and comfort of the rooms-2 rooms have garden access via french doors-very special, and it is a 2 minute walk to the waterfrontl! The price is beyond acceptable for what you experience here-great host, rooms, chat with Tim and mingle with Dillon-the yellow labrador extraordinaire! I missed it all the second we left!
