Nice hotel

Great location, nice suburb, very close to city centre, best value hotel in Inverness and comfortable too. Would stay there again.

Disgraceful and pricey

Good location. But horrible room, I have 6 complaints sent to property and also Agoda who I booked with but no reply. I honestly can't understand how this property can still advertise and get clients. It's truly disgraceful

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!
The shower had mould all down the walls and there were huge dead bugs in the lights along with a lot of smalls one.
THESE ROOMS ARE NOT CLEAN.
I complained the day I checked out but as this property is a self check in and out it took a while to get a reply. When I eventually did get a reply I was told all the complaints get filtered into priority (it’s makes me wonder how many complaints they get) he told me to call back in 2 weeks if I hadn’t heard anything (which of course I didn’t) when I tried a number of times at different times of the day, all the calls went straight to voicemail. Turns out he BLOCKED my number. How professional in dealing with a complaint. I called with a withheld number and managed to speak to him.
There is no hairdryer or tea and coffee facilities.
Do not pay £95 for a room here.
The owners attitude is unprofessional, rude and when you do get through to him you can’t get a word in to put your point across.

Structure not up to standard

My fiancée and I came to this accommodation because it was the first time we saw Inverness. One night experience but experience to forget. Wet, dirty room, full of stains and mold on the walls.
Broken window. Absent Service, bathroom with microscopic sink, without mixer and shower with wear stains. No hairdryer. Broken toilet seat.
Two towels as a cleaning set and that's it. Beer cork on the floor, chip wrappers and mirrors soiled with chops.
There was hair on the bed as well as stains.
The only positive thing was the location, close to the center.
But otherwise, no, we're just not there.
