Very friendly & central location

First time staying and there we things we liked and some we didn't. I didn't find the bed particularly comfortable but the hotel were very accommodating in trying to remedy it. The room hadn't been cleaned very well but again, they rectified it whilst we were out. We had a garden room, so nice to be able to open the doors and sit out. The fridge wasn't stocked each day and both days it was stocked, the fridge door was left wide open. The reception staff were very helpful & gave us cold water and any bits that had been forgotten. It's very central for being out and about in Leeds central and plenty of food choices for eating out. We didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on the food..

Outstanding stay at Dakota Leeds

My partner and I had an outstanding time at Dakota Leeds. The service was excellent throughout, and we were made to feel very welcome.
A special mention must go to Georgie on reception, who was absolutely fantastic, friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. She is a real credit to the hotel and helped make our stay especially memorable.
We would happily stay again and highly recommend Dakota Leeds!

Two night break

First time visit to the Dakota Leeds. Beautiful hotel. We stayed in a king with garden view room, which was superb. Everything was of a high quality inside the room and very clean.
We would highly recommend if you are after a quality experience with a touch of class.

Very poor customer service

The customer service was very poor. I had to call room service repeatedly as after over an hour we still didn’t receive our order. Room card didn’t work for the lights and the receptionist didn’t show any interest in me trying to convey this.
Food was awful and there was just no attention to detail, expected so much more
