Amazing Staff, Good Location

The staff at the Hotel are absolutely amazing. Me and my partner have stayed at this hotel multiple times as the service is brilliant every time, and the staff are absolutely lovely! Previously we have stayed and I was feeling unwell the morning we were due to check out, the staff let us have a later check out time with no extra cost and were happy to help with anything we needed during our stay. This stay, the staff remembered us and have been nothing but kind. Kae especially has gone above and beyond every time that we have stayed here, and is so lovely. Whenever we have stayed the staff have acted with such professionalism, especially when we have seen them dealing with difficult guests, and the staff have done everything they could, every time that we have stayed to make sure that we have a good time. We will continue coming to this Hotel as the staff are the biggest asset to this hotel and they have continued to be brilliant. The rooms are all lovely, and the hotel is in a brilliant central location to the town.

Excellent customer service

The reception and maintenance team were quick to respond to a fault with my TV, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I’m very grateful. Thank you for your care and consideration, Kae. I highly recommend a stay at the Hilton Leeds

There was no aircon on the room.
Only a fan, which made so much noise and did not cool down the room at all.
I did not get much sleep because of the heat and noise from the fan.
I was very annoyed by the fact it said they had aircon and they did not.. it’s a Hilton hotel.
I talked to the receptionist the day after. She could not do anything and the manager was not available. They told me I was to receive an email… guess what I did not get any email!

Lovely staff

I normally stay at the Doubletree when I am in Leeds ( however our company no longer allow it ) so not my choice
Only staying overnight and working both days so did not get to use the swimming pool or leisure facilities which looked fab
Checked in quite late so thankfully did not need to spend much time in the roasting hot room on the hottest day of the year
No fridge which I was aware of but on days like this why even leave bottles of water ( also warm ) . My toilet didn’t flush either and had to keep going for about 5 mins before any water came out at all
There were a few people complaining about air conditioning. It was not cool at all
Breakfast was really impressive and lots of choice . Nice bread and bagels to choose from as well as all the buffet items And takeaway bags and cups which really helped as my colleague wanted to Take coffee with him . The reception , bar and seating areas are lovely and the staff are good but please get some fridges in the rooms and the air conditioning fixed as I believe we are in for hot summers ahead

Great food.

A great stay at this hotel, the food was excellent, Steaks can be hit and miss in any establishment but the Sirloin was cooked to perfection. A wonderful hotel with great staff, a shout out to Rosana who was knowledgeable on the wine selection and menu. Parking was easy and you will never get wet parking up and walking to reception as they are in the same building. Excellent stay. I will be back.
