amazon fantastic
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. it was so lovely staff was so helpful and polite.
hotel so was immaculately clean the beds was so comfy. we had a fantastic sleep.
thank you to Mark the manger you made everything so perfect for me and my daughter.

The location is good however when I went into the room there was crumbs on the floor and a lot of dust also one of the blinds was broken so I had to sleep where everyone could see me. The staff were friendly and helpful but there was no blow dryer in the room even tho the worker did apologise also for breakfast I was hoping for continental breakfast but there was only pastries, cereals and drinks, no eggs or sausage etc.

Could do with a deep clean - walls are scuffed/marker and the bathroom tiles hadnt been wiped in an age. Furniture was missing chunks out of the feet/sideds in places - bed frames felt flimsy and moves everyt time you rolled over.
Kitchen was well furnished and had enough for a few days - good sized fridge which was nice.
It was fine for a couple of nights on business they need to address the finer details.

Home away from Home
This is one of the hotels in Leciester where you can almost all the facilities needed from kichenette to Gym and proximity to parks, bus and train stations, shopping mall and town centre.
Lots of eatries and events occuring around the location to booster your stay.
Staff are accommodating, warm and receptive, professional and supportive.
The facitlites are adequate but I would prefer the availability of accessible rooms bejng advertised on their site. Automatically, if not available, the system would provide the alert on the booking platform but It is important that accessible room availability is featured on the booking system.
The matress and pillows were soft thus providing a memorable and comfortable sleep. Air condition, adjustable light system in the room, open cupboard, large and spacious walk-in shower, high seated toilets, cushioned seats, induction cooking system, cooking wares and cutlery.
The towels I must say are of excellent quality and super absorbent.
Although an attempt was made to have breakfast, I do find it pricy for continental breakfast only.
The provision of a cooked breakfast would not only lure people to patronise the hotel but provide additional convenience without the need to source for breakfast outside of the hotel.
Not all customers are willing to prepare meals while in hotels and may not make use of the cooking facilities.
Im addition to all the beneifts of staying at the hotel, it offers a more quiet space compared to other places I have been.
There is an issue with dusts however that I have observed in multiple areas (Windows, Gym and other items in the building) of the hotel and it must be looked into.
The presence of dusts is not healthy and can worsen allergy or create reaction to it.
The price is fair and not over priced for the services provided and would recommend the hotel for comfort.

We do have several accessible rooms however, these sell very quickly so if cant be seen when booking this will be why. However we also have other apartments we can allocate/recommend if accessible needs are required. If you speak with the team they can assist.
We understand the views on breakfast however, the decision to reduce to a continental only offer was taken for many reasons. As our apartments have the facilities to be self catering the demand for breakfast is quite low. We en-devour to offer an extensive number of items on the continental and review this constantly dependent on feedback and availability of products.
We completely understand the comments regarding dust and do our upmost to keep on top of the situation. Especially this time of year, when the Air-con system is in permanent use, this can be difficult to eradicate. I will be sure to share your feedback with our Housekeeping Management and continue to look at options to control the levels.

Lovely Stay
Thank you for a lovely stay this weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a show around of the property which is fab. It's great there is a gym onsite for the guests to use during their stay.
Our room was beautiful, lovely and clean and had everything we could need. There was even a hair dryer in the cupboard. A microwave, plus pots and pans are available to use in the kitchen area should you require.
Having Netflix and other streaming channels available was also an added bonus!
The location was great as we were right in the centre but the apartment/hotel rooms were so quiet. I had the best nights sleep! Also having aircon was great in the heatwave we are having at the moment.
The continental breakfast was great and just what we needed to start the day.
Parking is only a 5 minutes walk away at the NCP. It was £12 for 24 hours which is very reasonable.
We will definitely be back if we need to stay in the Leicester area again
