Very nice stay. Convenient to the Sloane Square tube station, and numerous shops and restaurants. A great location to jump off into all areas of London.

Avoid — serious safety incident and false advertising
I was trapped alone in the elevator (rated 4 people/300kg) between floors 1–2 for almost 90 minutes. The elevator company refused to call emergency services despite my repeated requests and after I disclosed a panic disorder. I only got help after messaging a friend, who called the London Fire Brigade — who confirmed this was the SECOND ENTRAPMENT IN THE SAME ELEVATOR THAT DAY. Staff already knew it was unreliable (they informally cap it at 2 people, despite the posted 4-person capacity). I emailed the manager and management company that night — no response, no guest alert for nearly 12 hours, and still no reply over a week later.
Separately, the listing advertises air conditioning, but the unit has none — only an ill-fitting portable AC that barely cooled the room. A support rep confirmed on a recorded line that the property has no AC despite the listing. The manager verbally promised to reimburse the first night due to the lack of AC, but refused to put it in writing, and no refund has come through. Additionally, the room door has no deadbolt, so anyone with a keycard can get in.
Throughout the stay, the property's "24-hour" line and emails went unanswered; the only working channel was WhatsApp, for basic questions only. I could only speak to the manager the hours he was there in person, and he did not resolve any of the issues. This hotel lacks any accountability, and I have requested a safety review by Expedia.

3 Sloane Gardens is an absolute gem. The location is fantastic. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Advance communication was extremely prompt and responsive. What a fabulous property!

Location is great and the staff was very friendly. The room however was not clean. It truly needed a deep cleaning.
