Lovely Stop
Lovely B&B located a less than 10 minute walk from South Woodford tube station. Room 1 was very spacious with en suite shower. Nice touch with the soaps / shampoo in case you have forgot. Tea / Coffee making in cupboard which was handy along with a microwave + fridge. Wi-fi was great speed and the bed very comfy but firm mattress. Shame there was no TV signal, but plenty of catch up TV built in. As previous reviewer mention the doors slamming in the morning echo around the property and above bedroom. Room noise is noticeable too if you are not use to it. Overall though, great stay & Sandy the host was very friendly.

short beak in london
Property just a short distance from M11 motorway.
Arrived no one there to meet us,so had to telephone to b let in, not the best start..
oom looked as though it still needed finishing, picture on the floor awaiting to be put in place, what was really annoying was the doors in the property, when they closed it sounded as though they were really getting slammed. However the room itself on the whole clean a little to compact,owners had crammed too much in room for its size, the car parking was a plus, and vinicinity to underground very good, to be fair to owner she did have a word with other guests, about slamming of doors, a miner a thing i know but if you want to have a rest in the afternoon was impossible.
