Room renivation needed

The room needed a renovation and most importantly, an air condition service, as it was noisy and looked a bit dirty

Weekend stay

As usual the Reception and other staff were very helpful and welcoming so in London I don’t stay elsewhere

Above-and-beyond service at terrific hotel

Our recent stay at the Blakemore Hyde Park was great--this is a terrific hotel. But what made the stay outstanding was the service we received. We ran into some trouble with our booking through an online booking service, and Aran (who checked us in) went above and beyond in helping us resolve the issue. She was both friendly and professional, and her genuine concern for us couldn't have been more evident. This was the kind of service one hopes for but doesn't always get.

Experience

We have visited and these are our opinions after our last visit. Hotel good overall but feel that the following comments would improve service. Buffet breakfast is not hot enough and there should be a facility to order all types of eggs that can be cooked fresh. Shower in rooms should have instructions and a welcome booklet could be the answer with useful information for all services.

Dis not get the room I paid for, had to discuss and give them and ultimatum to get another room. This room was just ok, but still not what I have paid for.
