Disgusting and dirty with no customer service!

Do not stay here! Dirty, no heating or hot water and the one fork was behind the radiator! Did not stay as disgusting, noisy, a farcical arrival and did not feel safe!

Horror accommodation.

The worst we have ever experienced.
Room does not match the description. Sleeping with 50 cm distance to the ceiling is impossible! The third sleeping place is a completely broken pull-out couch in the middle. Not possible to lie on it. The room is also half the size as stated. We measured again.
Communication and willingness to improve are non-existent!
The landlord and Booking are outrageous. No help from Booking!!! Not even the promised partial refund was ever paid. Do not book through Booking!

Safety issue and poor conditions

The studio is located below street level, directly under the pavement, which leads to constant noise, poor ventilation, and a cold, damp environment.
During my stay, a malfunctioning microwave caused significant smoke and triggered the fire alarm. In a basement unit, this raised serious safety concerns regarding ventilation and emergency exit.
Despite this incident, I was later charged for additional nights after a late evening inspection, and no proper invoice was provided. Attempts to contact management remained unanswered.
Overall, not acceptable and cannot recommend.

Awful!!!

If I could give less than one I would. One hand towel for two adults,after walking around London in 33° heat you need a shower! The worst thing was no toilet paper,ooooppps sorry there was one square on the roll,I suppose it’s the thought that count!.
I really don’t know how this property gets away with charging £150 a night. Next time we’ll take our chances and sleep in Hyde Park!!!

Worst experience

This place is god awful. First it states it can sleep 5. It has one decrepit bed, a flimsy futon, and a chair that is a folded cushion. My 8 year old couldn’t even fit on it.
The place was filthy. The smoke detector was literally covered in toilet paper. I have never seen that. Obviously they didn’t clean it otherwise the toilet paper still wouldn’t be there.
There was trash right outside the window. Not just some put piled up rotted drywall.
There was no Wi-Fi. When we called the owners they said they would bring it over.
The toilet wouldn’t flush. The place smelled really bad. There were stains everywhere.
It was so bad that we couldn’t even stay one night. We left within hours of arriving and trying to work it out with the owners. The owners were horrible also.
