Reception was staffed politely and room was decent value. Small rooms but you get what you pay for. Amenities were inconsistent (e.g. fan did not work), but sheets and towel were clean!

The room was tiny and did not look like the pictures at all. The mattress was hard as a rock. Nothing in the apartment worked: the bathroom door didn’t close all the way, the shower door was broken, the toilet paper dispenser was broken, the bathroom light was broken, and worst of all, the mini fridge was not working, so all of the chocolate that I had bought in Belgium for my family melted in the room because we were having a heat wave and there is no air-conditioning. The door to the hotel room at a skeleton key, which barely worked, and the front door to the hotel was completely open at all hours. No security at all. DO NOT STAY HERE. Yes, Victoria is a convenient location, but the tube takes you everywhere. Stay further out and get a nicer place.

Very bad and unkempt! Book a double room for 2 adults. When we arrive we get a room in the basement and a bed that is 140 cm wide.. When I say that we book a standard room as it was stated on the hotel.com website it was a 180 cm bed or 2 90 cm beds on each side. then she apologized at the reception in a very rude way, but was able to arrange it for an extra fee of 200 francs.. the toilet at the top we got after we had to pay extra for, could barely flush. we had to take an extra bucket of water to help flush. On the door to the toilet it says that it can take 3 to 10 minutes to get hot water for the shower.. In reality 15-25 minutes. Can absolutely not recommend this hotel, I am a gold member on hotels.com because I travel a lot.. This is the worst of their hotels they have and recommend. Still hoping for a response from them.

OK for a cheap stay over in London. Its location is very convenient for Victoria stations (coach & train) , the area is very quiet with plenty of pubs and restaurants. Room was sparse but had tea & coffee making and a TV. Small hand basin with a very low water flow. Shared bathroom/toilet facilities but I knew that when I booked,
