Awful, avoid at all costs
This looked half-decent from the website and photos. In reality, it's horrible. A tiny room with scuffed paint on the walls, odd marks on the duvet, and a really strong smell of chlorine.
We asked for a quiet room and got put at the back, opposite a building site.
Work was going on in the room next door so we were woken up at 8am by banging and the wall literally shaking as they moved stuff.
Other occupants banged around at all hours with no consideration for anyone else.
We just dropped the keys and left as soon as we could.

DO NOT STAY !!!!
***Do not stay ***Arrived, was offered room on 4th floor with luggage, no lift. Eventually given room on 2nd floor ,still 4 flights of stairs with luggage. Receptionist suggested leave luggage in reception but he wouldn't help carry it. Room was disgusting, dirty, dusty, fridge in room pointless blocked ability to walk roud bed. Extra unnessary drawers in room cluttered. CEiling fan extremely loud but no air manual pull for light and fan. mosquitos in room bitten all night. Extremely small TV in room had no signal, informed receptionist, his reply "what do you want me to do?"... NEVER AGAIN!!

Only go here if there is absolutely nowhere else to go in London
Don't be fooled by the pictures, it's tatty, scruffy, shabby, threadbare carpets, steep stairs, no lift, rooms small, hot, no aircon, lacking any redeeming features, our room had only 1 very small anglepoise lamp, no overhead light, had to ask for more towels, very small double bed and sheets which were too small. Tiny TV on the wall which you couldn't see. Moved the bed so we could walk round it. This was our second room, the original one was so horrible, you couldn't have swung a cat, I asked to move. We had a very dusty ceiling fan, when you changed the speed we were drowned in thick dust. No hooks in bathroom, nowhere to put loo roll or towels, no space for anything. Cracked window pane. Call themselves a budget hotel but I paid nearly £500 for 3 nights.

Trip to London
Unfortunately, I must say that the photos you see are misleading; the rooms appear huge on the site, but the reality is quite different.
I stayed in this place for three days and two nights with my daughter and my partner; we booked a triple room, everything looked nice in the photos, but upon arrival, we found a square room perhaps just twelve square meters, with a French bed and a very narrow bedside table that divided it from a single bed attached to the window.
Ten centimeters from the beds was a kind of desk, and to the side, a bathroom that is even smaller than those in caravans. Moreover, there was no air conditioning; they put us in a pigeonhole, a tiny room for three people with a mini fan, and the next day we had to go buy another one. They tell you breakfast is included, but instead, there was a kettle with tea and Nescafé, for goodness' sake.
Now let's talk about cleanliness; the bed was made just enough that if I had done it myself, it would have been better, no change of sheets, no change of towels, and no cleaning. When I arrived, there was a cookie on the floor behind the desk, and it remained there; no one removed it. I have to give one star because I am obliged to, I strongly advise against it; just a few meters away, there are hotels, especially with air conditioning, which is very important during this period. Anyway, greetings from Rome; I will never return to this hotel, if it can even be called that.

An okay experience, but would not repeat
Its really true that you get what you pay for. To be fair, the room was clean and orderly. There was a kettle and we could help ourselves to some coffee and sugar. The bathroom was clean and they had prepared towels which we could use. The heaters in the room were also working well. To add to that, the cleaners went in and tidied up our room when we were away for the day.
However, take note that other than the kettle, teacups and spoon, there are no other utilities that are available to us such as a hairdryer or other appliances such as a microwave or fridge (or at least in the room we were booked). The bathroom was very cramped and the closet only had little space.
On the way to our room which was located in the basement, the stairs were steep and the hallways smelled of cigarettes.
It seemed like it was a room for one, as there was only one chair for the desk inside the room when we booked for a family. Alongside the one double bed, there was two single beds. The TV was also a size of an A4 paper and only had a few channels which was available to watch from.
We heard noises throughout the night and also footsteps from upstairs, which made it difficult to sleep.
However, take note that other than the kettle, teacups and spoon, there are no other utilities that are available to us such as a hairdryer or other appliances such as a microwave or fridge (or at least in the room we were booked). The bathroom was very cramped and the closet only had little space.
