Great hotel for the price and location. My room was very clean and had an amazing rainfall shower head. I was in the basement but still had a window that let in some light. The AC worked really well. This is my second time staying here and I will be back!

Noisy aircon

I’m going to give bad a good upon arrival I found 1 member off staff to be rude I was on the phone but she was trying to give me my key and tell me my room number I said 1 minute please as it was an important phone call but she continued to give the card to my daughter it wasn’t busy we were the only ones checking in it wouldn’t of hurt to wait a couple of minutes, didn’t get any sleep at all the aircon unit was very noisy making a loud grinding noise every 3 minutes, positives bed was comfy and location was good.

London stay

Reception staff very friendly.
Great clean room.
Bed extremely comfortable.
Location was excellent very close to London Euston Station.
I would definitely stay there again !

Overpriced

The room was okay, but the overall condition was disappointing. Some of the wooden boards were loose and appeared to have been held in place with nails/screws instead of being properly repaired. The room felt poorly maintained, and for the price, I expected a much higher standard.

Great location and our 4th stay there but is now self check in, very tired interior and awe had a bathroom that small you had to squeeze in to use the loo. Wouldn’t stay again
