The worst stay ever.

The room was disgusting. Hadn't been cleaned from last customer. Dust everywhere. Leaky shower. When ringing the given number the lady was rude and trying to get us off the phone instead of helping. She even disregarded all feelings we had about feeling unsafe in the room. Even when ringing the booking site I used to complain and get help we was penalised for her actions. DON'T RECOMMEND!

Awful do not book wouldn’t send a dog

This was the worst stay I’ve had in my life, I travelled to the accommodation and couldn’t even find a door to get to the place, rang in which they hadn’t a clue where I was, finally got to the accommodation, it was very misleading from the photos and we had to get out asap and book a different hotel to stay in, as we didn’t feel safe as you’ve to share accommodation with other strangers, in which this wasn’t stated while booking. We had to leave at 10 at night to find else where. I WOULDNT SEND ADOG TO IT!!!!the next morning rang accommodation which they were so rude and said nothing wrong with accommodation it was cold, dirty and pillows where like rocks, springs of the mattresses diffging in your back, and said to ring booking.com for a refund in which it has nothing to do with them!!! Absolutely disgraceful!!!!!!!

Very negative experience with customer servuce

I accidentally made a reservation at Greenwich house on the wrong date. Within 3 minutes I called Greenwich house and asked for cancellation. Even though the booking had been made for 4 days before the reservation date, they refused to refund payment and took the full booking amount. They are a greedy company who do not care about client satisfaction, hence all the negative reviews. I would never make the mistake of booking with them or recommending anyone else do so.

Misleading property description title

The property title "Greenwich House" is very misleading. This is a room in a flat on the first floor of a relatively modern block of 16 flats and it is situated in the last block in plethora of mid high rise blocks at the end of the road. Since it is actually part of a flat the sound résiliant qualities are poor. If you do reserve this room you will find an adequate shower en1suite: BUT the uncomfortable bed creaks appallingly , the tv connection was so poor that to operate it at all relies on a very poor and intermittent internet connection: there are no glasses provided for you to enjoy a drink, and no mini fridge. There are no bedside tables and the chair is stained, and the window overlooks the road without any blind or net. As this is actually a room in a flat of 4 rooms the other three rooms share a bathroom right outside the door of this room so the place is noisy. There are no general facilities except for a kettle and two towels were provided: since the title of this premises is obtuse to say the least naturally the information provided by the management is only provided by Whatsap just before arrival, so if you to reserve this room be careful not to let your cellphone run out of charge as no one in the street had heard of Greenwich House until Saturday 4th feb 2023! A number of local residents do now know of the title but still have no idea of its exact location as there are no signs of course , since it is only a room in one of the many blocks of flats at the end of the road! One bit of good news though is that there were 3 spare parking spaces at the end of the road, However you will need a car to visit the wonderful attractions of Greenwich as this place is actually just the other side of the trunk road in Charlton, so the title is again provided to give the impression that it is somewhere near the sights... it is not: and there is not much in the way of decent restaurants or even corner shops in easy walking distance. We can though say that the Cutty Sark , the Observatory and the National Maritime Museum are well worth tjr visit, as is Greenwich and its Market and the Park, although allow at least half an hour or so from this place to drive there and park.

They cancelled my booking and hung up on me ???

I kept getting notifications saying my card was invalid, kept updating it and it was all literally right, valid and very much in date. This morning I got a notification saying that my reservation had been cancelled, because my card was invalid? Seems extremely dodgy.
My reservation was due in 3 weeks. The cancellation caused me a huge and exhausting panic attack as I knew prices were going to be a lot higher elsewhere and money is tight. Luckily we managed to book a much more suitable hotel for only a tenner extra.
In a way I’m thankful I don’t have to bother with this place!!! Awful service. I assume they’re taking advantage of the huge billie Eilish gig and are wanting the room to go for a higher price.
Also - when I rang up to ask politely why my reservation was cancelled - the first thing the lady said was “were you the person who just swore at me down the phone?”…. I literally just called them so i quickly reassured them it was not me. She then said something like “I’m sure it was this number”, and then hung up on me? I mean that is absolutely appalling customer service and I’ve never known anything like it.
