Great location for Wembley, off road parking, comfy beds, great facilities and spotlessly clean!

Leon let us check in early to drop our bags off and explained everything.
We had 3 rooms, a double with en-suite shower room with its own toilet across the hall, a twin with en-suite and a single, which had its own bathroom across the hall. Each room had a tv, fridge, microwave, kettle and some cutlery/ crockery. Tea/coffee was supplied as was a pint of milk and a couple of bottles of water in the fridge which was a nice touch. Also some cereal was on offer for breakfast if needed. The shower rooms had shampoo/ gels supplied as well. Rooms were a good size and the beds were all comfy. Most importantly, every room was clean! For us visiting Wembley for oasis gig, the location was perfect, as only a few minutes walk from West Ruislip overground or Ickenham tube station. The house also has bonus of free off road parking. If going to a Wembley event, we would definitely use Ivy house again.

Ideal

Excellent location, with a 10min walk to the tube. Easy to find, with on site parking. Spotlessly clean and well prepared for the rigours of Covid. Inexpensive. Run by Janet who was most helpful and welcoming. Room 2 was good and has microwave and fridge as well as TV for those that want to stay in. Cereal and juice for breakfast was all we needed but there is a Weatherspoons 100m away if you want a full breakfast.
Will stay again if in the area.

Good value for money

A lovely little guest house run by a very pleasant lady who goes out of her way to help. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was just about right for us if you want a cooked breakfast, plenty of places just around the corner. Great location. Would I book again? Yes.

Brilliant B&B at a Fair Price!

We stayed at the Ivy Guesthouse for a family party, which was a 5 minuet walk away from here. Janet was very accommodating and was lovely to talk to!
The room itself was perfect. Loads of tea, milk, sugar and orange juice. The TV was a brilliant addition to the room, which meant we could watch some movies before we left to go out.

Fantastic guest house! Great value and location

As the title says really, a wonderful little guest house that is great value for money and in a fantastic location.
My partner and I travelled down from Scarborough and stayed for two nights so we could visit the Prince exhibition at the O2. We arrived at around 6ish on the Friday evening and were met with a warm welcome, and were shown to our room, which was the twin with an en-suite shower room and toilet.
The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. It was equipped with a widescreen TV, tea/coffee facilities, a fridge with fresh milk and orange juice, and free Wi-Fi.
There wasn’t a cooked breakfast provided which was wasn’t an issue for us: there was a selection of cereal which you could help yourself to in the morning, using the milk and crockery provided in the room - this was a nice touch as it meant we weren’t held to a time to be up for, and could eat at our leisure.
The location could not have been more ideal: a 10-15 minute walk from Ickenham tube station on the Metropolitan line, which is roughly a 40-minute journey into the city with one change, and a selection of eateries and bars a 5 minute walk away. I would definitely recommend the Coach and Horses - great food and a lovely atmosphere.
Before we left, we agreed that when we visit London again, we would definitely stay here again as everything was perfect for our needs, and the standard of accommodation for the value, is something you simply could not find in the city centre. Given the location and the fact there is free parking available too, it’s a no-brainer for someone to stay here if they’re driving or travelling by train.
10/10 - thank you for a brilliant stay!
