Not a bad location
Visited you mid week in the month of June. We dropped our bags off early and a lovely lady at the desk was happy to take them to the room as we wouldn’t be checking in till a lot later on. Room was of a good size bathroom however, was very small for a family room and was missing a toilet roll holder. The beds were extremely comfy. And a good night sleep with hard by all.

If I could give less than 1 star I would
If I could give this hotel less than 1 star I would. We have had a terrible experience which has ruined our whole trip to London. We arrived in our room and were unpleasantly surprised to find a view of bins and dirty mattresses directly outside our window. The room also had lots of flies in it. (Which we later discovered, whilst in the shower, were coming from the drains) We had travelled a long way and needed food, so we killed the flies we could see, unpacked and quickly went out again for dinner. When we returned and attempted to go to bed, we found that the bedding hadn’t been changed. The whole bed was covered in hairs, dirty marks and dead flies. I have never EVER experienced anything like it. We were told at check in that we had to call another nearby hotel if we had any problems during the night, so we immediately did this. It was already past midnight, so we could not leave and check in to another hotel and we were not offered another room. Somebody from another hotel in the NOX chain brought us two clean sheets and a single duvet cover for a double bed. We were left to strip the bed and change it on our own, at gone 1am! We then discovered the mattress protector and pillows were also covered in stains, not that we could use the pillows anyway, as we were given no clean pillowcases. We had a terrible few hours sleep. We attempted to visit reception at 8am and then 9am. The only person present was a cleaner who spoke absolutely no English. We called the hotel we had called the previous night and they told us we couldn’t have a refund and we couldn’t speak to a manager and had to email the hotel. We did that immediately. (We’ve had no reply!) We then packed and walked with all our cases and bags to the other hotel in the NOX chain and were told again there was no manager and they had no way of contacting the manager. We had to leave in the rain and stood in the street booking another hotel (and paying extra for early check in) The whole trip was arranged to watch Bon Jovi at Wembley tonight. We are now both exhausted, having trudged across London to another hotel and have wasted money booking three nights, when we only needed 2 and an early check in fee, all because of the dirty NOX Olympia. AVOID!

Terrible Hotel. Dirty and Dangerous Room. Staff Stole Money!
Terrible hotel. Put me in a basement room and waited until I was checked in to tell me that the air conditioning was broken during a heatwave. The room was disgusting and dirty, with broken light switches, peeling wallpaper and used cleaning products left in the bathroom. The heat in the room was unbearable.
I complained at the front desk, checked out immediately and the manager, Saman, agreed that I would receive a full refund of £250, but that I needed to make a formal request through Booking.com first. This was a lie and now the Nox Olympia is refusing to return the full amount I paid for a room I spent less an hour in.
Do not go here. Do not give them your money. This hotel is unclean and unsafe and the staff are dishonest.
I complained at the front desk, checked out immediately and the manager, Saman, agreed that I would receive a full refund of £250, but that I needed to make a formal request through Booking.com first. This was a lie and now the Nox Olympia is refusing to return the full amount I paid for a room I spent less an hour in.

Disappointing
Poor.
Would not recommend. Dirty sheets. Tiny triple room. Very noisy late into night. Very expensive.
I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay. Before we even got into bed, we noticed dirt and hairs on the sheets, which strongly indicated that they had not been changed before our arrival. This is completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness standards.
We had booked what was advertised as a triple room for myself and my two daughters, but what we were given was just one very small, cramped room with barely enough space for the three of us. We could hardly move without constantly bumping into one another, which made the stay uncomfortable from the start.
The hotel was also very noisy, both inside and outside, with disturbances continuing late into the night. As a result, it was extremely difficult to relax or get a proper night’s sleep.
At £409.20 on Booking.com for just two nights, I expected a far higher standard of cleanliness, comfort and customer service. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations.
I contacted the hotel directly to raise these concerns. Sixteen days have now passed, and I still have not received a response. The complete lack of customer service after our stay has only added to my disappointment. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Cheap and not so cheerful.
I was in London for two nights for an exhibition at Olympia. There is no doubt this hotel, which was booked for me, is no frills/cheap. Reception closed after 9pm but self check in is possible. There is also no doubt that the location is very convenient for Olympia, less than 10 mins walk. That is where the positives end.
I had a basement room, which was too hot. The curtain for the small window was too small, meaning the light flooded in from sunrise. There was paint peeling off the walls. But the worst issue is that after two nights at the hotel I am covered in bites, on my neck, my back and my legs. I am guessing bedbugs! Not good. Maybe I just got unlucky. But I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
