This is against the law & isn’t in writing anywhere.
Had to stay somewhere else at short notice for £96. So when I turned up the next day with my physical bank card to pay their security deposit & continue the rest of my stay, they’d cancelled my booking & moved me to a house on a residential street up the road?
No refund, no compensation for having to pay for another hotel, no reply from anyone.
Then took 12 days, a dozen phone calls & several emails to get my deposit back.
Worst experience of my life. Revolting place and people.

Cockroaches in my room. Rude & unhelpful staff.
Forced me to stay somewhere else which cost me an extra £100 at such short notice, because they didn’t have the facility to pay the completely unnecessary £100 security deposit by contactless payment (that it ultimately took them 12 days & a dozen phone calls & emails to return)?
Doesn’t state anywhere that they don’t accept contactless payment. Only a physical card will suffice. Completely unwilling to help. Didn’t honour my booking & cost me an additional £100 at another hotel, on top of what I paid for this dump. Absolutely disgusting.

Uninhabitable conditions – Terrible experience
I had an extremely disappointing experience at PremierLux Serviced Apartments. The conditions of the accommodation were completely unacceptable and uninhabitable, making it impossible to stay. I had no choice but to check out on the exact same day I arrived.
On top of the terrible state of the property, management refused to take responsibility or issue a refund for a service that was not properly provided.
I strongly advise against staying here. Complete lack of respect and standards for guests.

Have to admit, after reading prior reviews I was a little worried about what I was going to find, but actually not an issue at all.
It was very warm, but that was the time of the year. Room was clean & functional. Check in colleague was very informative and it felt safe. No issues, and to be frank it was the cheapest room I could find, so wasn't looking for the Ritz. I was in the room for all of about six hours, but no problems at all.

The room was tiny the table in the room was broken, the entire room smelled of cigarettes and the window barely opened to her air in. Ended up leaving couldn’t spend the night. Very terrible experience.
