The room itself was clean, however the bath was disgusting. Only when we’d run a bath did we realise it had bits floating in it. And I mean a lot of bits. Like someone had used the bath to wash dishes. Staff were lovely and checking in was easy. For this price range at this location I would certainly stay again if I needed a cheaper option. I would be checking the bath first though as no effort to clean it had taken place. No Air Con meant it was unbearably hot as it’s an old house that retains heat. Besides these few things it was a great place for this location and price point.

I booked this hotel as it was close to harley Street which is where I was attending. The room cost nearly £200 but was no bigger than a child's box bedroom. Room was downstairs 502...had 2 small single beds, which were very small. Due to the very hot weather u requested a fan before arriving and this wasn't in the room I had to go and make another request. The room was very warm and the window would not stay open. There were wall plugs fitted upside down, slots of repair work to the bath with had a shower fitted over it, the taps at the bathroom sink were fitted incorrectly, hot was cold n cold was hot. Extremely over priced and would most definitely not recommend to anyone for what it was... The room size was so small and hot... If there was a premier hotel near by or cheaper hotel we would have used that...but in the malabon/regents area they are charging extortionate prices for a run down hotel

Hotel is in a great location; convenient to walk to the tube, and easy to walk into town as well. Room and toilet were small, but very clean.
Downsides were there's no AC. only a standing fan (which takes up valuable floor space), so in summer it was uncomfortably hot and I wasn't able to sleep. I put food in the fridge, but somehow ants got into the fridge overnight so had to throw the opened food away.
I would stay here again but not summer, and I wouldn't use the fridge.

Basic facilities, bathroom small but clean and bed was comfortable. Good value for money in a convenient location.

Room is so small, you keep banging into things as you move around even if you are slim. Location is convenient though
