Super Spot

Super little spot...right in the heart of London. Clean, tidy with great pubs and eating in every direction. Right at the start of Petticoat Lane.

Poor and would avoid this location in future

Tried to book hotel, showed as failed when trying to pay on booking app. I tried to rebook location but hotel was no longer available, no notification showing booking was completed at the time, not on booked list. I had then found a different stay and checked in. Later in evening noticed confirmation of booking and payment taken. I tried to advise hotel what happened and they did not want to know and could not offer any reimbursement to the app not working. They kept 100% of payment for 2 nights stay even though the property was not used / checked in and was highly unlikely to be booked the first night as it was into the early evening the booking was completed in error from booking app. What poor customer service and no cooperation for a booking app system error due to no fault of the customer and NO refund of any sort agreed - this is very poor

Check in was ok but that’s the best I can say. The floors squeaked terribly including upper and lower floors meaning late night and early morning movements of other guests disturbed us. The mirrored wardrobe door was smashed with out any protection to ourselves against injury, kitchen tap was loose and flopping all over the place when we tried to use it, kettle lid broken and did not switch of when boiling, only one toilet flush button worked, the mattress springs were so worn out to a point it had a mask e dip in it which left us enable to sleep all night. Generally the fixtures and fittings are all worn out and personally I would waste your money, look elsewhere and pay extra if need be.

Great location and good room

Quite difficult to find, just a doorway onto the street, but a great location. A few minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station, so perfect for getting around London. Rooms are perfectly adequate and big for London. Enzo on the front desk was very helpful. There is no lift. Pricing is very reasonable and we will certainly stay here again.

Tatty, tired, heating on full all night with no way to turn it off and balcony door wouldn’t open so I had zero fresh air. TV signal was poor and kept switching off. I checked in on the later side and left early so there was no one on reception to report this too. Also woke up with a few bites on my shoulder which is concerning.
Conveniently located close to Liverpool St station. I didn’t find it noisy at all, shower was decent, but wouldn’t stay here again.
