Wonderful stay
Service was absolutely lovely
I was visiting from Cambridge
They booked me in little early as I arrived hour early
We had a waiter who served us a lovely continental breakfast .He was very charming polite
The beds was so crisp white linen
Fresh room
We will be back to stay
Next time to enjoy the restaurant for evening meal next time

Concerns Regarding Staying at Tamasha Hotel, Bromley
1. There were no porters available to assist with luggage transport to the 3rd floor, and there was no elevator.
2. The hotel was anbsolu empty, with only my companion and me as guests creating an unsettling atmosphere. What about if a fire broke out!?
3. The room lacked air conditioning, proper closet facilities, and a safe. Additionally, the bed sheets and towels were stained, and the sink had two taps (no mixer), with weak WiFi connectivity.
4. We waited for the receptionist to arrive the next morning to express our desire to leave, but he informed us that we could exit without a refund, as we had already been charged for four nights upon our check-in last night
5. I have requested American Express to freeze my pending settlement and have also lodged a complaint with AMEX
I kindly ask that you to warn your clients about the Tamasha Hotel
I have since relocated to Bromley Court Hotel, which offered a much better experience at a lower rate.

ADVISE DO NOT STAY HERE ( TAMASHA HOTEL BROMLEY BR1 3AX). DIRTY DISCUSTING ROOMS, RUDE STAFF AND UNSAFE.
DIRTY DISCUSTING ROOMS, RUDE STAFF AND UNSAFE.
I tried calling to discuss with the manager and after two day I got to speak to him. By this time the room had been cancelled and I was unable to leave any review.
My Daughter 24 yrs had initially booked into the TAMASHA HOTEL, 131 Widmore Road Bromley BR1 3AX for 2 nights ( (9th April to 11th April 2024 )expecting to arrive at 7pm. She arrived early and the man on the counter / front desk was rude complaining she was early. Not a good start. She had a photo of her Drivers licence taken which concerned me as it was taken on his personal phone. Hotel Policy ??? I hope this will be destroyed by the hotel and not get into the wrong hands.
She was given her room key and attended the room which the door didn't seem to close properly and not lock. The lock appeared to be on the floor in a box. There were clear stains on the walls and carpets, human hair present in the room and products still in the bin ( Moisturiser) . white powder on the surfaces and worst of all Rentokill products in the room. She took pictures and a video of the room which I have. She was travelling alone and became very freighted and felt unsafe and left the key and didn't stay. She spent the next hour crying and was very distraught, which for me was really upsetting as I spoke with her on the phone and tried to calm her down.
I contacted the hotel on 9th April 2024 and spoke to a very rude and aggressive person trying to explain. I am really angry that she wasn't safe in the hotel. The person I spoke to gave no explanation and was rude. The photos on the hotels website do not show the true standard of this hotel. I had to book my daughter into another hotel which has cost me and I hoped the hotel would not be taking the payment for £150. Having eventually spoken to the manager on 11th April 2024 he refused to waive the £150 and said No Show you must pay. Just said I was lying. I called the hotel twice on 10th April 2024 to be told he was not available. I spoke with him on 11th April 1230pm.
BEWARE They take a copy of your ID on personal Phones

Good hotel
Staff were very nice and friendly
Food was good too especially Indian food
2 big glass water bottles given on daily basis.
Good entertainment.
Lady who cleaned our room ( Sandhya) did an amazing job.
They also have really beautiful big departure lounge including game room Shower room.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Average food with above average prices
Having not been here for several years we decided to celebrate our 10th anniversary and my wife's birthday.
Due to covid restrictions we were outside in the marquee and were provided with a heater.
Service was good and efficient but unfortunately the food let them down.
My soft shell crab starter was very dry and lacked taste
The mains were adequate but the chicken sashlick , consisted of just two large pieces of chicken and onions as expected , but given the prices just lacked presentation and taste, my main had a great sauce.
Mumbai aloo potato was okay but not exceptional and paratha bread overly greasy.
We had the tamasha special coffee which was great but due to being in the marquee we did not see it being prepared.
The staff did provide an ice cream with candles for my wife's birthday.
Overall the food was just okay , but expensive plus a 12.5 % service charge
Was my wives birthday so did not make a fuss, but will vote with my feet and unlikely to return.
Overall, standard fare food with higher than average prices
