Perfect stay for Wembley. Andy on the desk was incredible gave us helpful tips for the day and even helped me out with a phone charger in the morning when I was struggling. Top man and great hotel for gigs at Wembley. We walked back after the Oasis gig.

Tired rooms

Attended a concert at wembley. Hotel in a excellent position with free parking
Saying that the rooms are tired and a little worn and musty and you are paying London rprices for this.
Not sure we would stay again as I think a Premier inn would be much better

Budget hotel. Do not lose your room key!

I had to contact the hotel in advance of my stay due to the Coldplay concert being rescheduled to see if I could change my booking without penalty. Andy on the front desk was extremely helpful and managed to get me a room on the revised day without any fuss whilst still maintaining a competitive price. During the evening of the concert I somehow managed to lose my room key and upon returning to the hotel was informed that their terms and conditions stated that a loss of room key would mean an additional charge to cover replacement. I was absolutely shocked to find out that this charge would be £100! So my costly human error turned my £153 budget room into a £253 one! Whatever you do, do not lose your room key! The old fashioned style of using a physical key means a change of door lock it would seem, very obviously I was not happy. A great evening had ended on a sour note. Why on earth modern plastic (or can be wooden) key cards are not used beggars beyond belief but that’s the policy so I had to pay up the £100 fee. My single room was extremely small and sitting on the toilet will present a challenge for a taller person! The allocated room also fronted the busy road meaning a lot of vehicular noise coming through the double glazed windows. However, as a budget hotel it is very well positioned for events at Wembley Stadium giving you the option of either walking or taking a very short tube ride to your event. Note that northbound trains towards Preston Road are always much quieter after a major Wembley event.

It was a good stay, clean room, host Andy was very polite and welcoming. For future improvements, brighter lighting in rooms needed, shower head has too much water damage and needs changing.

Stayed at this hotel on the 21/22 of september for the boxing at Wembley. As you can imagine hotel prices rocket. As for this hotel the price was very good a short taxi ride away or a 20 min walk. I found the hotel to be clean in a quiet safe area with plenty of shops and a great pub called the Preston near by. Andy who was on the reception was brilliant couldn’t help enough gave good advice and couldn’t help enough. Thank you for a great stay would highly recommend
