All very good the staff member on reception was very nice and helpful.The room was adequate for 1 night a bit hot but with window open and fan on okay.Very quiet at night and a 5 min walk to paddington station .The breakfast continetal style but was okay. Deff stay again no problem

The shower wouldn’t drain. I reported it and no one showed up. The room was hotter than the 7th circle of hell so we asked for another fan. They didn’t have any. The fan that was mounted on the wall, was covered in dust so bad that it blew all over the room when it was turned on.

Don't stay here

The worst hotel I have stayed in worldwide
Excrement on the walls
Broken bed and furniture with bed leg hidden in a drawer
General dirt at unacceptable levels
After the fact denied I had made any complaint
Made my wife and I both ill

Horrible!

We stayed four nights at this hotel with a friend, and it was a disastrous experience.
Upon our arrival, we were redirected to another hotel located right next door, probably managed by the same owner. We then had to climb to the third floor without an elevator.
Upon discovering the room, we immediately noticed that it was tiny, with an unpleasant smell and hygiene that clearly left much to be desired. The window did not close properly, the bathroom was dirty, and there was not even a mat or bath towel.
The worst happened on the third day when my friend started to show a row of bites. Upon our return, we unfortunately discovered bedbugs in our suitcases. Result: hundreds of euros, even close to 1,000 €, in disinfection costs to avoid infesting our home.
We contacted the establishment by email to report the situation. Despite this, no commercial gesture was offered to us, and our complaint was not taken seriously.
I strongly advise against this establishment. Save your money and spare yourself an experience that is both unpleasant and costly.

All you need from a 2⭐hotel. Clean room, fresh towels and decent beds. Take your breakfast somewhere else, great cafes in the area.
If you think that a hotel room is just for sleeping, this hotel is perfect
