Dirty
The smell of the hotel was awful, damp and dirt. It was dirty and very run down.
Our room we booked was superior, when we got in the room it was dated. There was dust on everything we touched, tables, skirts, lamps, pictures, TV, windowsils, telephone. There was also a sticky spilt drink on the table.
The bathroom was full of pubic hair and dust. The toilet seat was grimy.
WE LEFT AFTER 15 MINUTES!
We spoke to reception (who didn't seem surprised) got a full refund.
We were supposed to be staying for 2 nights. We didn't want to touch anything.
We could feel the dust on our chests.
One positive the man on reception was really helpful with my husband and his accessibility needs and getting a refund.

Disappointing!
On the plus side our evening meal was pleasant..dining room was nice..service ok..our breakfast experience was reasonable..shame the hot food was not hot!
The room put a massive downer on our stay!!!

Absolutely awful, avoid at all costs!
Food just about average, some staff pleasant, others not so. Honestly spend your money elsewhere.

My room had a badly repaired window with stains on the inside of the glass that could not be cleaned and a rotten window sill. There was paint flaking off the bathroom ceiling and there were missing tea and coffee items( no tea bags at all)
A lot of the tv channels didn't work properly and no smart tv options.
However clean comfy bed and a pleasant night's sleep was had.
