Cheap and amazing

I booked this hotel for my birthday trip. When we booked it we were so surprised with how cheap it was compared to others in the area. When we got there the hotel reception team were so lovely and helped us get checked in. We booked the compact room and it was perfect for the two of us, and it was very clean and had good amenities. The location of the hotel was perfect as everything was walking distance from it. We went down to the bar twice and the staff were so friendly and the cocktails were so good.

I’d definitely stay here again

I enjoyed my night at Yotel Deansgate more than I expected to. It was booked via work & I had low expectations of the brand but actually it was really quite enjoyable!
Fantastic location. Easy to walk everywhere. Nice, trendy decor. Comfy bed, an amazing shower (great water pressure), pretty quiet and everything you need is right there in the room. Yes it’s small, but there’s a smart TV, all of the sockets you could need and I quite liked the spaces carved into the bed to charge your phone and put your water. The only thing I didn’t like about the room (419) was no natural light due to the winter looking out to a very close/very high building.
I loved the fact there were irons & ironing boards left out for people to grab at the tea & coffee point. Hotels where you have to call down for an hour is a huge bugbear of mine!
Breakfast was also good. Lots of choice. And, being able to check in/check out on the iPad was a nice touch.
I’d defo stay here again the next time I’m in Manchester - whether for business or leisure.

Bed is really hard, window doesn’t open and the aircon barely works so it’s really warm in there. Window looks out at bricks , we paid extra for a window that wasn’t allowed to be open and literally looked at bricks. Asked if we could check out early and just got ignored. Only go here if you want somewhere cheap to sleep and you’re going alone

My room was filthy. Floor had not been cleaned in about a week!! Hair everywhere obviously from different people. Hair in the bed. Bathroom floor cover in hair, grime on the mirrors.
