A little gem really friendly staff and great value for money. Rooms are clean and functional and comfortable to sleep in.

STAY AWAY!!! Unless you like dirty glasses, stained carpet, marked walls, mouldy towels and bed linen, that doesn’t feel fresh and if you like instant coffee, but no tea or eggs for breakfast!!! Refund please!!!

Hell on earrth
Hotel was like a prison as in basic as hell. Nit a single English spoken member of staff on premises. No mention of a deposit till arrived at hotel. A full week since check out and 5 calls yo this hotel manager is never available and despite "5 so called" attempts they said they have refunded deposit o still have not received. If refunded why yous refund again??? Cos you havent and think can keep deposit for mo reason. Avoid this hell hole like the plague

Faulty towers Hotel
There was no communication from staff, the room wasn’t cleaned to a good standard. There was no hand towel in the bathroom for drying your hands after using the bathroom, there was questionable marks on the wall, there was dust and muck in the gap between the bed and head board as the bed did not sit fully against the head board, the shelf in the bathroom was hanging off, the bedside light next to the bed had no bulb and was hanging off the wall, the electrical sticker on the consumer unit had an out of date sticker on saying was next due a text In 2018 so was 7 years out of date. Breakfast was very basic, no sauces, the coffee machine was broken and leaking water all over the top, we had to ask for fried eggs and toast which took a long time to come out and overall didn’t taste nice. Only reason people leave a good review is if leave 6 reviews you can claim
