The best local pub in all of Cornwall

This has to be the best pub we went to In Cornwall, we enjoyed the food so much and laid back atmosphere we went twice. We had been here for a week been to several places but this place out did them all! They staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs they are children and dog friendly with exceptional wine and Guinness. There is no where as good as this pub for good food and quiet sunsets . When we envy come back we will definitely be visiting this pub !

Incredible Sunday roast.

Been going to Mullion on holiday for many years now, love the place. The Mounts was always the place to go with our kids. Sadly a few years ago new management came in and the place nose dived so much so we avoided it. Now a new team has stepped in and completely turned it around. The atmosphere is great with lots going on, the staff are brilliant and the food is exceptional with the best Sunday roast I've had for years. Add to this a great selection of on tap beers and ciders and you have a fabulous pub.
Highly recommended.

Fresh food and great value lunch

Great value lunch menu. £11 for two smaller portion plates which were delicious. We had squid starter (normal starter size and devoured!) and ham, egg and chips main. Our son had fish and chips and ice cream. Came back one evening and meals also very tasty, homemade and reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Good boozer whilst on holiday

We’ve just spent a week in the lovely village of Mullion. We visited the Mounts Bay inn on several occasions during the week and found the establishment to be very welcoming and friendly. The landlords are clearly very committed and work extremely hard.
They have all the major sports channels and a fine selection of Cornish drinks such as rattler and tribute along with a decent compliment of kids drinks.
My son showed an interest in playing darts so it was great for him to be able to use the dart facilities whilst I had a pint on an evening.
We didn’t have any food but did see some dishes coming out of the kitchen and they looked like great value for money.
We will definitely be back at some point and hope the pub continues to trade and wish the landlords the best of luck.

An Amazing Christmas Dinner !!!

We went to The Mounts Bay Inn for Christmas dinner. I am at a loss to articulate how amazing the food was for £25 per head. We live in a another town close by where the local pub was charging £90 per head for Christmas dinner!! Everything about the food was 5***** at TMBH. The turkey was extremely succulent and the vegetables very fresh and perfectly cooked. It was very well presented with care. The staff were (as usual) very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was just right, ambient and relaxing. This is the first time we have visited for food and will definitely be returning. The owners should be very proud and give themselves and their staff a large pat on the back!!
