Fantastic apartments in a fantastic location

Wow these apartments are just fantastic. We had 6 of the apartments in the mews and all were clean modern and had great facilities. The location just adds to the whole experience with lace market right on the doorstep. The check in process is pick and the virtual key codes sent promptly ready for your stay. I would 100 % recommend to anyone wanting a little luxury in the heart of Nottingham.

Fancy pictures which aren't close to reality!

Fancy pictures but nothing close to reality! Pictures attached!
We stayed for 3 nights. The only plus is the location which is 10 mins walk to the train station and 5 mins walk to the city centre/ old square which was also the place for winter wonderland. Pubs and restaurants around the apartments too.
Our apartment was Jacquard, decent furniture and sleep quality. Jacquard has a balcony hence we paid that extra but the outdoor furniture was dirty and unclean with cigarettes. Not only the balcony, even the toaster/ kettle/ cutlery were dirty. Barely any utensils to cook except a broken saucepan and another wok and saucepan.
The manager was contactable and prompt but we had already cleaned the kitchen by then.
The bathroom is small and claustrophobic. The ceilings are low and hence make the apartment look way smaller and it actually ain't 45sqm as claimed.
Just 2-3 hangers in the closet for a 3 night stay. Fresh linen and extra towels provided though.

Since then, a number of improvements have been implemented across the property, including refreshed décor, replacement carpets and continued enhancements to our housekeeping standards. Dirty room & still waiting for my 250.00 back a week after check out!!

Shocking to say the least. They take a deposit on check in which is £250.00!!! Not a low deposit....and I am STILL waiting just under a week later to get this back. I have contacted my bank and they are going to take it further if I don't receive this back soon. The room is dirty and full of dust and stains. Make up and cigarette burns on the carpets. Dust all over everything you look at. Around the bed on bedside cabinets all over lamps behind plant pots, the artificial plants look like they've stood there for years they are absolutely laced thick with dust. Me and my partner had to drop off our bags and head straight out to buy cleaning products to clean and tidy up before our stay.... Vile DONT BOOK HERE!!!! The pictures make the place look fantastic but this is far from reality.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your stay. To clarify, the £250 security deposit is a pre-authorised hold rather than a payment taken from your account. These funds are automatically released after check-out if no damages are reported, however the time it takes to disappear from your account can vary depending on your bank’s processing times.
We also take all cleanliness feedback seriously. Since your stay, all carpets throughout the property have been replaced and additional measures have been put in place with our housekeeping team to further improve standards across the site. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Great find in lace market area

Excellent location - steps away from bars, restaurants and cafes in the cobbled lanes. Once you enter the flat set back from the pitcher and piano It feels very private and is actually very quiet.

We were in the rooftop attic room.
Pro - hotel is in a very good location, convenient for exploring the town easily. The bathtub and shower were fantastic, great water pressure and temperature. The room itself was clean on arrival.
Con - the white furniture and bed headboard are quite stained and filthy looking. The hotel owner needs to get it professionally cleaned or replaced. One of our lamps didn’t work, the towel rack was broken and wouldn’t heat up. Room needs some upkeep, definitely didn’t feel like a romantic get away due to all these factors.
