Wonderful Guest House - Warm, Friendly and Spotlessly Clean

We only stayed one night as we were waiting for our holiday apartment to be ready - Marc and Sarah the Owners were warm and friendly. The place was spotless. Our room was not too big but it was comfortable and perfect for a one night stay. Lovely bar and prices were very reasonable. You had a list in your room to order breakfast - every item was listed and you just put by the side how many of each item you wanted. Perfect, that way you get what you want, not what you dont want and there is less waste. Very eco friendly Owners doing all they can to reduce waste - re-fillable shampoo, body wash and conditioner cannisters in the bathroom, re-fillable glass water bottles in the room. Mini fridge with glass bottle containing fresh milk - what an excellent idea. They are really working hard and I believe getting everying just right. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. Perfect location, great car park, great accommodation - what more can you ask for. Dawn and Steve, The Midlands

Perfect

Absolutely can't fault this fantastic guesthouse. It was ideally located just a 5 minute walk to the town, beach, bus and train station. Marc and Sarah were the best hosts. Really nice people and so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Loved having a drink and a natter with them in their well stocked and comfortable bar. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and they offer evening meals too for a very reasonable price. We didn't eat there but others did and we only ever heard excellent reports from other guests. Our room was huge with a mini fridge which was replenished daily with bottled water and fruity fizzy water and the addition of a brilliant led lit ceiling fan was a bonus for us. I believe all the rooms have them. Bathroom was a good size with a large walk in shower. Big tick from us for that. We had room 5 and as we are hoping to return will request that room again. Perfect. Thank you both for welcoming us. We miss you already xxx❤️

Great stay! :)

Lovely guest house. Sarah and Marc were fantastic hosts! Couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was the best we've had. We had a curry one night which was delicious. Rooms were nice, great ceiling fan and mini fridge.Good to have parking! Nice and close to the sea front. All in all, a great stay.

Superb Guest House in Paignton

Fantastic guest house, only managed to secure my room through a cancellation. The owners made me feel so welcome and I was only staying one night! My room was modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable / quiet. Wonderful breakfast with a huge choice. I thought the price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place, hugely recommended

Marc and Sarah are amazingly welcoming and helpful, the rooms immaculate and the breakfasts stunning. Hugely recommended.
