Perfect from start to finish.
We were given room 8/9- for 3 of us. (Adults) -the family suite. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Very large, plenty of room for us all. Large entrance hall with the rooms off. Very clean, spotless! Plenty hanging space, and mirrors for the girls to get ready. Tea/ coffee- no milk, but when i asked at reception they gave me a pint. Small fridge in the room kept it cool. No Tv in the room. Would have been nice, but was only in there a couple of hours, as i dropped girls to Coop Live, (15 minutes away) and had to go back to collect them. I had my phone and access to my Sky Go and Iplayer. Wifi excellent and didnt glitch once. Breakfast was self service, a selection of cereals, breakfast brownies/biscuits, toast and yoghurts. With tea/coffee anf OJ.
All staff we met were friendly and helpful. We were on 1st floor, and they insisted on carrying the girls luggage up.
Would recommend this hotel. Good value for money, clean, spacious. Would stay here again if we visit Coop Live in the future.

They Really Care!
I had a really lovely experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The front desk team, in particular, were exceptionally friendly and helpful—always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything I needed.
The hotel itself is very clean and has a warm, homey feel. You can tell they take pride in maintaining both the rooms and common areas, which made my stay all the more relaxing. It’s the kind of place that feels comfortable the moment you walk in—like a home away from home.
Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again!

Lovely hotel!
We had no issues while staying at this hotel for a few nights, enjoyed our stay, would recommend.
