Excellent Customer Service

Had a great stay at Travelodge Langley. My journey to this Travelodge for a one night stay was very difficult and stressful as I was travelling with my kids but when I arrived, I was greeted with such friendliness and professionalism that the stress disappeared. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff “Ali” was very helpful, polite and professional and he’s food recommendation was 10/10. Highly recommended.

Disastrous stay

We weren’t happy at this particular travelodge the idea is to get a good nights sleep then continue on with your journey. However the guy in the room next to us prevented the good night’s sleep with continuous talking and bang crashing around for no apparent reason. And after ruining our stay put a ‘ do not disturb’ sign was on his door when we left, what a joke and we payed extra for our room. Management please note you took our payment and supplied a disastrous stay. I would been very happy to hear your comments!

Desperate need of upgrading

Really old fashioned. Cracked sockets. Old smell. Pipes in bathroom dirty with age. Didn’t seem to be normal travelodge beds in out accessibility room.
