I would not revommend for a Spa Break or the treatments
Restaurant experience was good - Priscilla was excellent and the food was delicious
The worst thing of our stay was the Spa and Treatments - and it was a Spa Break!
Treatments-We had a massage and facial booked - they messed up and thought 2 facials and took time sorting so by the time they sorted it - a 25 min treatment was only 17!!! My facial was rushed and with a fan going full pelt in the room, it was not enjoyable.
Spa
No bathrobes / slippers available (they had run out!) and we had to finally beg for some 2 hrs later as the Spa treatment area is in Lobby
Spa area was dirty and I never saw any staff maintaining it in 3 hours
No cups for water machine in Spa
Toilet filthy in Spa
No bin in spa reception
No shower gel in showers in spa
No hook outside shower to hang anything

While we’re pleased to hear that you found the lobby and room clean and presentable, and that you enjoyed your restaurant experience, particularly the service from Priscilla and the food, we are very sorry that the spa element of your break fell so far below expectations.
We sincerely apologise for the confusion surrounding your treatments and for the treatment time being reduced as a result. We also regret that your facial felt rushed and that the environment was not comfortable. This is certainly not the experience we want our spa guests to have.
We are equally concerned by your comments regarding the availability of robes and slippers, cleanliness and upkeep of the spa facilities, refreshments, shower amenities and general facilities. We understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly as the spa was a key part of your stay. of time we were left at reception waiting to be checked in. Once we were greeted by the staff we made our way to the spa. The spa reception area was untidy with no water and bath salts spilt
all over the floor. The changing rooms were disgusting, so untidy with so much disrepair. The spa area was not much better. After our spa we checked into our room and to
be fair this was probably the best part, very spacious with good amenities. It is such ashame that this hotel is so run down. We will not be staying here again and would not recommend to our friends and family.

Excellent stay!
We swim in the pool, when we arrived, then had dinner in the restaurant, a good sleep in the night and the next day we had a delicious breakfast before we check out.
