A little chaiotic at first, but ultimately a great stay

After a little confusion at the check in, we had a great stay. Nice neighborhood with lots of exploration opportunities, friendly staff (ultimately), and a very large and comfortable room. Very good price for a very good stay.

Quiet and convenient boutique hotel near cruise terminal 46.

Nice boutique style hotel opposite Queens Park and 10 minute walk to cruise terminal 46. My compact studio was a good size for 1 with kitchenette( only used kettle and microwave), bathroom, table, air con etc. Bed was super comfortable and slept well. Room 209 overlooked car park so a little noisy on occasion but good overall as I stayed 2 nights. The 2pm checkin and checkout time is excellent. Friendly staff. Didn't eat in the restaurant as found some local nice places.
Just a couple of slight negatives- Asked for a non slip bathmat for shower on arrival and delivered promptly. Had to ask for sponge for kitchen bench to wipe down as missed by housekeeping.
TV signal was a bit patchy unfortunately and although I mentioned it to reception was told nothing they could do.
Overall good and I'd stay again due to quietness and location.

Very good

Taliah recommended an excellent room, really great stay, all staff couldn’t help you enough . Room clean bright , loved our stay and would return the hotel gave off a good atmosphere. We were visiting Ocean village , a few minutes walk, the street behind hotel had pubs & restaurants, very convenient

Hometel in Southampton

Room was okay and had the hometel equipment as advertised which was very useful for getting my daughters meals ready, however, the WiFI service in the hotel was really poor, slow and sometimes just not available, which caused a lot of problems for our daughter’s emotional state. I would think this should be a basic service by all hotels but this hometel didn’t have this nailed down.
The TV was advertised as smart i.e you could cast your devices and watch your shows but between a WiFi that didn’t work and chrome cast all that didn’t work either, we could not watch TV throughout our 3night stay at the hotel, if this is a big part of entertainment for your family like ours, you might not like this part. We complained about this a few times but it wasn’t resolved
Aside the above, we had a good sleep, beds were comfortable and my daughter loved the loft bed.

Peppa pig world stay

We stayed here during our 2 day trip to Paultons Park/peppa pig world on June 17th. The manager (Justine, sorry if I’m incorrect) and her team could not of been more welcoming, from the moment we arrived with parking. Beautiful large room, with everything we could need (even the cot was all made for our little one) so helpful with restaurant advice and such an amazing cooked and very tasty breakfast! The manager and her team were so personable, helpful and great with our little ones. Thank you so much.
