Romantic Bohemia

Nice hostel right by the river. That's exactly why I chose him. Its wooden balcony where you can enjoy the sunset and sunrise maybe with a good coffee. In August 2023 I paid 20 euros. That's his strong suit. It has only one shared room with 8 beds while the others are private rooms
. Next to the room with shared beds there are 2 bathrooms .The interiors are all wooden and from that home effect. The kitchen would be a bit to renovate (especially the hob).
But it was really nice to get on the riverside veranda at the end of the day or have breakfast there.
Right next door there is also a good cafeteria run by an Italian and a small market (run by a Chinese so open in the evening, at least in summer)

Very cute and quiet

Amazing hostel. Staff was very friendly and gave us great recommendations of where to eat and what to do. Balcony and kitchen were both beautiful places to relax and eat.
Quiet but yet still a great place to meet other travelers. We had a private room.

Cozy hostel

My friend and I stayed for one night over the winter break and it was perfect. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the house is super cozy and the rooms, bathrooms and kitchen are really clean and well equipped. However, the stairs to the various floors are tiny, so keep that in mind if you have big luggage. Finally, it has a perfect location, near the city centre and great restaurants (like Restavracija Marie).

An experience

It's a classically styled old house converted to a hostel just inside the old city.
The tiny private room that I stayed in with shared bathrooms for 18 euros per night worked out very well. The room actually had a decent design to make the most out of its small footprint.
The common area was spotlessly clean. Free coffee tea and kettle. Cooking facilities. Very functional.
I loved the exposed wooden beams and rafters too.
Not for the picky traveler but for adventurous backpackers it's a winner.
The guy running reception was polite, helpful, and efficient. Many thanks.

A nice place to stay with helpful staff

This hostel is situated at the centre of the town, close to the river and a short walk to the international bus station (Český Krumlov, aut. nádr). The staff at the hostel are helpful and friendly. There is a small kitchen where you can cook something. A mini market is just opposite the hostel. The bathrooms are clean, although shared. Rooms are on the small side.
