Wonderful small family hotel high above Karlovy Vary

This small hotel is located above Karlovy Vary. There are rooms with balconies from which you have a great view over the city.
Some, few parking spaces (free of charge) are available. However, more for small cars, as the descent is narrow and winding.
The staff is super friendly and helpful and speaks German.
Our room went out the back to the parking lot. If you're out all day, it's not too bad that the view isn't there.
The size of the room and the facilities were good. Kettle, safe available.
The guesthouse is not suitable if you are bad on foot. No elevator and the road to the city is relatively steep. But beautiful.
Breakfast: Everything you could wish for. Rolls, bread, jam, yogurt, cheese, sausage... In the morning we were asked if we made eggs and what kind of eggs. Were freshly prepared.
We felt very comfortable and would always prefer the Villa Rosa to a large hotel.

What a view!!! A really clean and lovely place to stay with a lot of room! Great balcony to overlook the beautiful city. Highly recommend!

Lovely suite of 2 rooms with balcony overlooking the town. Free parking right outside. Two flights of steps with no elevator, so be aware if you have trouble lifting your bags. It is a 15 minute walk straight down into the city, so not a spot for elderly but great for the physically active. We would stay here again in a heart beat.
