Eccellente
Posto incredibile. Appartamento è molto bello, accogliente e spazioso situato nella bellissima piscina - abbiamo potuto vedere dai nostri cavalli di finestra sul prato. I letti sono molto confortevoli e di qualità ho avuto la meglio dormire mai : -) i proprietari sono molto belle giovani sempre sorridente e pronto ad aiutare o di darvi consigli su escursioni. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa : -) solo una piccola cosa - ci farebbe piacere un po' più di cose in cucina (grande cesto, coltello) .Ci siamo davvero consigliare questa sistemazione e sarà felice di venire di nuovo.

Un posto FANTASTICO gestito da persone fantastiche!
Questo posto sembrava bello dalle foto ma la realtà supera le vostre aspettative. L'appartamento era spazioso, super accoglienti e arredate con gusto. Ogni singolo dettaglio è stato pensato sopra. Dispone di due balconi, caminetto, cucina attrezzata e il bagno con meravigliosa, spaziosa doccia. I materassi dei letti sono la colazione così morbide che non si vuole arrivare fino e l'unica cosa che si può ottenere dal letto sono deliziosi fatta da prodotti locali preparati da Marketa e Pavel. Hanno un aspetto così bello che in un primo momento è un peccato per mangiare loro, ma una volta che si prova a loro non si desidera mangiare. I padroni di casa sono le persone più belli che abbia mai incontrato in un lungo periodo di tempo. Cordiale, unpretensious e sempre sorridente. Hanno ottima conoscenza sulla zona e suggerimenti sono sempre disposto ad aiutare e dare informazioni su percorsi di bicicletta (moltissime mosche hanno 5 biciclette a noleggio), posti da vedere, ristoranti ed eventi. E' stato triste lasciare ma speriamo di poter tornare un giorno. Grazie per tutto!

Posto fantastico! Il Penzion più bella che abbiamo mai visitato
Siamo stati qui all'inizio di luglio (2014) per due giorni, mentre visitando la zona di Broumov - il Monastero Benedettino, Ostas, Adrspach e Stolove Hory in Polonia (Bludne Skaly e Hejsovina). Questo posto è semplicemente incredibile! E' davvero enorme, nuovo di zecca, con un sacco di luce naturale, due grandi balconi, dove è possibile avere i vostri pasti o semplicemente rilassarsi. E' molto decorata con gusto con un sacco di libri interessanti (si poteva solo stare dentro tutto il giorno e leggere i libri). Ha un camino che non abbiamo usato ma potrebbe rendere per una serata molto intima in inverno. C'è una cucina con tutto quello di cui avete bisogno, il bagno ha una grande doccia con doccia teste multiple dove voi e i vostri cari amici 10 potrebbe adattare facilmente. (Dopo aver trascorso una settimana in Grecia, dove le stanze da bagno sono spesso piuttosto piccola, abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato lo spazio.)
Il Penzion è su una collina con vista di prati (dove è possibile vedere e ascoltare i cavalli) e le colline in tutta la valle. C'è anche una piccola piscina. È possibile fare escursioni brevi proprio da il Penzion se avete bisogno di una passeggiata serale. È tranquillo e rilassante e ha tutto quello di cui avete bisogno.
I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, e molto ben informato sulla zona.
A 400 KC / persona / notte (circa 20 USD / 15 UE) è un vero affare!

THE place to be when in the region
AMAZING apartment run by the nicest family EVER. There are only two apartments, and the host family lives also in the premises. The apartment is HUGE, it has a huge living room with sofa, fire place, books, even an old LP player with many LPs available! A equipped kitchen, big bathroom with 2 showers, and another HUGE bedroom, with 2 balconies. The place can easily and comfortably accommodate 8 people. Breakfast needs to be pre-ordered the day before and it's brought to you in the room, consisting of a nice selection of bread, cold cuts, cheese, sweets, coffee, milk and fruits. The price for all of this is almost surreal, extremely good value. They also have a small pool outside, which due to the weather we didn't use. The couple running the place is extremely friendly and helpful, and they both speak English if that's needed. The apartment is very close to the Polish border and the town of Kudowa Zdroj, where you have plenty of things to do. Soooo worth the time and the money. Everyone should visit!!

First class service by nice hosts in spacious location
We stayed in June 2017 for 2 weeks for a biking-and-hiking holiday. and choose the option of taking the breakfast offered by the hosts.
Every day again this breakfast was very extensive : portions of different types of bread, meat, cheese, vegetables, some local specialities and something sweet. We never were able to eat all of it - even on the really active days we felt no need to eat at noon besides a banana or a single slice of bread at 4 PM.
Although the premises are located pretty close to a rather busy road this is not a problem, as the traffic decreases soon in the evening which makes at night there is almost no traffic noise.
The pension is located at about 2.5 km from some supermarkets where found everything we needed. Nearby is a bicycle trail you can use to go to the supermarkets or to the nearby town center (about 5 km). The pension is in a small steep dead-end road, having a parking place available.
Pavel was very helpful in providing information on hiking-and biking trails, tourist info on interesting places in the surroundings etc. The surroundings offer a lot of opportunities to hike and bike - including some hills from time to time.
The pension itself is very spacious, we stayed at the ground floor which has 2 bedrooms (one double and one with a double bed and a single bed), a kitchen, a bathroom and a living - all of which are very clean.
We could only find one single attention point : as there are no blackout curtains in the bedrooms the light of cars on the main road or the warning signals of the railway crossing shine into the bedroom.
The pension sure was worth the money - and if we are somewhere around we'll probably try to book it again.
