The flat had a lot of character and we loved the location! The only thing that would make this great would be if they provided coffee.Thank you for the stay, we had a great time.

Great location, but management to improve

Before arrival we had several problems with check-in. Since there is no physical key to access the apartment, an entrance code is required. Unfortunately, despite numerous emails and phone calls to the property, we were only able to get it at the last moment. First the confirmation email was missing, then the check-in link and finally the code itself. All this has made us lose time and patience.
Once inside, however, the apartment turned out to be well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The highlight is definitely the location: very central, perfect for exploring Prague on foot. Value for money good, cleanliness to review

Great property location and the Asia room was fantastic. Only negative is stairs are quite extensive

The air was still, no movement, no AC. The fans did not work. The windows needed to remain open all day and night. It was very loud outside. People were drunk in the street till the early hours of the morning. The sinks were clogged both in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bugs were on the ceiling at night attracted to the light in the apartment. The soap dispensers didn’t work. Overall stay was not good at all. So much so that the other family we vacationed with left as it wasn’t handicap accessible.

The property was in a great location, a couple of minutes walk from the Old Square, still in the tourist area but on a quieter street. Secure apartment with unique passcode for entry to building and apartment. Clean and spacious apartment, we were a party of 3 so had the sofa bed in use, but there was another large sofa for us to use day to day. Fully equipped kitchen, although we only used it for making drinks as so many individual food locations handy to eat and drink close by.
