Nice Skiing holiday, also for kids. Beautiful Nature

Nice and friendly family Hotel. New Dutch owners since 2017.
The rooms are basic, but clean and spacy. Modern Bathroom. The Bar is very cosy, dinner and breakfast very good.
Beautiful place down on the river. Nice place to start walking in the woods in National Park Krkonose.
Skipistes (nice for family and kids) only 800 m. Other nice ski area's in the neighboorhood, Spindleruv Mlyn only 20 Min. away.

Nice and cosy

It was very quit when we were there, but the staff was very nice and helpfull. The manager was very good at German, her English not so good. The nature is really great and the manager can tell everything about the special things to do in the area. If you are on a short break away from all the stress, this is a really good place to become at ease again!

not perfect

The location was good,in the middle of the forest.The staff was friendly but they didnt speak a lot of English,only a bit of German.The food was good but half of the dishes on the menu were not available apparently.Our room was basic,had 2 beds that they were clean and ready for us and 2 more that they looked used,with hair on them ,so we didnt use them at all.In the brochure of the hotel says theres a jakuzzi in the hotel but even the staff werent sure if it exists.of course u have to pay extra to use it.It advertises that it also has kids playground,theres only one swing and its in a field with snakes.So if u have kids go somewhere elseThe manager came to pick us from Vrchlabi and promised us she could bring us everywhere (since we didnt have a car) and organise activities for us like paragliding and mountainbiking but she didnt do anything of all that which was disappointing.Well,the area around the hotel is beautiful and there is a small supermarket at the village of Strazne just 10min walk from the hotel but i would advise people to stay at another hotel or B&B around,there are plenty of them.

NEVER AGAIN!!

no comment..was that bad.
Unfriendly, dirty, uncomfortable and loud staff that don't care for the customers.

Wielka niespodzianka

Trudny dojazd z powodu złej pogody i budynek w samym środku niczego nie zawiastowały szczególnie dobrego hotelu za niewielkie pieniądze. A tu niespodzianka! Cudowni, zaangażowani gospodarze, klimatyczny bar z dobrym piwem z nalewaka, przepyszne jedzenie (zwłaszcza obiadokolacje) i arcywygodne łóżka. Zdecydowanie warto, pomimo lokalizacji z dala od wszystkiego (choć może to jeszcze nieodkryty przeze mnie atut)
