Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Dieses Hotel ist zentral in Teplice gelegen und alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ordentlich. Unsere Suite ist neu eingerichtet und sehr groß. Es gibt ein separates Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer. In der Suite ist auch eine kleine Küchenzeile mit großem Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher.
Trotz der zentralen Lage, ist es im Zimmer ruhig.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück ist inklusive und vollkommen ausreichend.
Direkt im Innenhof gibt es 2 sehr kleine Parkplätze. Am Besten vorab reservieren. Ansonsten muss man in der Stadt nach einem Stellplatz suchen.

It is close to the Beethoven spa

The hotel is close to the spas and to many very good restaurants. Outside of this, it is rather basic. We had an "apartment" - which was very spacious - but it was very simple. The bed was good, but the pillows were shockingly flat. The bathroom was very large, but there was only a tub with a shower head that you had to hold - something that I personally cannot stand. The reception was rather "cold" when we arrived, showing very little interest in us and unable to answer our questions. And breakfast was bizarre - with staff bringing out only four eggs at a time to a full breakfast room.
First-world complaints. Not bad for a night in Teplice, but not a hotel that I would write home about! (but maybe on Tripadvisor!)

Ужас

First, I couldn't get the entrance. I was calling like 10 minutes. Then my bedsheets were dirty and there were bags in the Bathroom... uhg... its terrible... and when I moved a table to find a socket, there were a part of bottle. It's so DIRTY here!!!!!!!! nonono... never again!!!!!!!

Your rating is completely out of the reality
1. If you want to get to the hotel, you have to ring. The bell is clearly marked and is at an usual place. You knocked on the door – these are your own words.
2. The bed wasn´t dirty, there was just a small spot on the washed linen. ( We can´t throw away every piece of bedding after one use, it is out of our finnancial possibilities and you are not in a 7 star hotel.
3. There were no bags in the bathroom.
4. I strictly disagree with your opinion that our hotel is extremely dirty, you made us really angry with that. It is really interesting that you were so dissatisfied, that you weren´t ashemed to ask us about late check-out, free of charge.
Why you did not solve those problems at the reception?
I really don´t understand your overdone critical rating.

Average hotel

Stayed for one night, the room was clean but furniture old. The breakfast included in stay was again average, I would even say poor amount of choices. In general it is ok to stay there, but I believe there are better hotels for the same price in Teplice.

Nja helt ok för pengarna

Billigt hotell med trevlig personal.
Rummen helt ok, men ingen tvål eller schampoo på rummet och knappt toapapper.
Frukosten var totalt värdelös.
Men rent, lite mysigt med trevlig personal gör detta prisvärt,
Fanns dock ingen egen parkering.
Bra läge i stan.
